الخطاب التنموي للصحف المصرية في إطار استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة 2030

سعت الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل خصائص وسمات الخطاب الصحفي المصري، والکشف عن اتجاهاته في صحف (الأهرام، والوفد، والشروق) نحو أبعاد التنمية الشاملة، في إطار استراتيجية مصر للتنمية المستدامة 2030.
  اعتمد الباحث على منهج المسح الإعلامي وأداة تحليل الخطاب في مسح ورصد وتحليل سمات وأطر خطاب الصحف المصرية عينة الدراسة نحو أبعاد التنمية الشاملة في مصر، وتحليل القوى الفاعلة، وأهم الأطر المرجعية، ومسارات البرهنة التي توظفها في معالجة موضوع الدراسة، من خلال دراسة وتحليل مادة المقال الصحفي بمختلف أنواعه المنشورة بصحف الدراسة في الفترة من 1 يناير حتى 31 ديسمبر 2019.
   توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تنوع في الأطروحات الرئيسة في الخطاب التنموي بالصحف المصرية (الأهرام، الوفد، الشروق)، إلاَّ أن الخطاب الصحفي المصري رکَّز على البُعد الاقتصادي، واعتمدت صحف الدراسة على مسارات البرهنة المنطقية عند تناول أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مصر، حيث اهتمت صحف الدراسة وفي مقدمتها جريدة الأهرام بعرض ومناقشة أبعاد التنمية المستدامة والمشروعات القومية التي تنفذها الدولة، في إطار استراتيجية مصر للتنمية المستدامة 2030، وتقديم الحلول المقترحة لبعض المعوقات التي تواجه التنمية في مصر، وأخيرًا أظهرت النتائج أن "المصادر الرسمية" جاءت في مقدمة القوى الفاعلة، من خلال الترکيز على دور المسئولين الحکوميين في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في مصر.
 
 
The Developmental discourse of the Egyptian newspapers within the framework of Egypt's Sustainable Development Strategy for 2030
 
The study attempts to survey and analyze the features and characteristics of the Egyptian journalistic discourse, uncovering its attitudes (in Al-Ahram, Al-Wafd, and Al-Shorouk) regarding the dimensions of comprehensive development within the framework of Egypt's 2030 sustainable development strategy.
The study is based on the media survey methodology and the discourse analysis tool in surveying, examine and analyzing the characteristics and frameworks of the Egyptian Journalistic discourse towards the dimensions of comprehensive development in Egypt, and analysis of the main active actors and the most important reference frames and evidence paths that it employs in the study, through studying and analyzing the article in various Its types published in the study newspapers from first of January to 31 of December 2019.
 The study found that there is a diversity in the main theses in the development discourse in the Egyptian newspapers (Al-Ahram, Al-Wafd, Al-Shorouk), but the Egyptian Journalistic discourse focused on the economic dimension, and the study newspapers relied on logical evidence paths when dealing with the dimensions of sustainable development in Egypt, where the study newspapers and in Submitted by Al-Ahram newspaper by presenting and discussing the dimensions of sustainable development and national projects implemented by the state within the framework of Egypt's 2030 strategy for sustainable development, and providing proposed solutions to some obstacles facing development in Egypt, and finally the results showed that "official sources" came at the forefront of the main active forces by focusing on the role Government officials in achieving sustainable development goals in Egypt
