الخطاب الإعلامي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة عبر الإنترنت حول قضايا ومجالات تمکين المرأة الأفريقية والعربية: دراسة تحليلية

تسعى الدراسة الراهنة إلى تحليل وتفسير وتقيم الخطاب الإعلامي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة والوکالات التابعة لها والمعنية بشئون المرأة عبر مواقعهم الإلکترونية وفقًا لمتغيرات هذا الخطاب سواءً على مستوى القضايا ومجالات تمکين المرأة والأطروحات والبراهين التي عالجها الخطاب من خلالها تلک القضايا والمجالات, وکذلک القوى الفاعلة والأطر الإعلامية التي تناولها الخطاب وذلک في الفترة من 1 سبتمبر 2019 وحتى 28 فبراير 2020. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى افتقار المواقع الإلکترونية التي تم تحليلها لأليات التفاعلية التي تحقق التواصل المباشر والفوري مع الجمهور, فهي قناة اتصال أحادية الاتجاه لنقل المعلومات من المنظمة للجمهور فقط. تمثلت أبرز أطروحات القضايا التي تناولها الخطاب الإعلامي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة في القضايا الاجتماعية ومن أهمها قضايا العنف ضد المرأة بکافة أشکاله, وکانت أغلب البراهين التي صاحبت تلک القضايا تتمثل في البراهين المنطقية مثل أرقام وإحصائيات، وکذلک بعض الدراسات التي تعبر عن صحة الأطروحات التي عرضها الخطاب. 
 
United Nations Internet media discourse on issues and areas of empowerment of African and Arab women: An analytical study
 
The current study seeks to analyze, interpret, and evaluate the media discourse of the United Nations and its affiliated agencies concerned with women's affairs through their websites according to the variables of this discourse both at the level of issues and areas of women's empowerment and the theses and arguments that the speech addressed through these issues and areas, as well as the actors and media frameworks that dealt with The speech, from September 1, 2019 to February 28, 2020. The study found that the analyzed websites lack the interactive mechanisms that achieve direct and immediate communication with the public, as it is a one-way communication channel to transfer information from the organization to the public only.
The most prominent theses of the issues dealt with in the media discourse of the United Nations in the social issues, the most important of which are cases of violence against women in all its forms, and most of the proofs that accompanied these issues are logical proofs such as numbers and statistics, as well as some studies that express the validity of the theses presented by the discourse
