تصور مقترح للارتقاء بمنظومة التعليم الإعلامي بالجامعات المصرية: دراسة کيفية في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين

سعت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح للارتقاء بمنظومة التعليم الإعلامي، وذلک باستخدام عدة مناهج تتمثل في المنهج الاستقرائي، والوصفي، وبالاعتماد على عدة أدوات، تمثلت في المقابلات المقننة وفحص الوثائق وأداة التحليل البيئي والاستبيان، وقد مر التصور المقترح بعدة مراحل، تمثلت في: رصد أبرز المشاکل والتحديات التي تواجه نظام التعليم الإعلامي من واقع الرصد السابق للدراسات السابقة، ثم التحليل الاستراتيجي لبيئة التعليم الإعلامي، يليها التعرف على معايير تطوير منظومة التعليم الإعلامي، ثم الاستعانة بآراء الخبراء والأکاديميين والإعلاميين، يليها تحديد مهارات تعليم القرن الحادي والعشرين، وصولًا للمرحلة الأخيرة المتمثلة في وضع التصور المقترح، وأوصت الدراسة بضروة تعزيز القدرات المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس حتى تزيد من دافعية طالب الإعلام للتعلم وبناء مهاراته وکفاءته وتنميتها، وضرورة تقديم الدعم لدمج مهارات القرن  الحادي والعشرين في تصميم الخطط والمقررات الدراسية، وتعزيزها؛ لتحسين جودة التعليم الإعلامي ومخرجاته.
 
 
A suggested prespective for promoting the media education system in the Egyptian universities : A qualitative study according to the 21st century skills. 
 
The study seeks to put a suggested prespective to promote the process of educational mass media by using so many approaches  acted in the inductive and descriptive approaches, depending on many tools such as standardized interviews ,checking documents , the environmental analysis tools and questionnaires.
This suggested vision has passed through many stages acted in monitoring the most prominent problems and challenges that face the media education from the previous observation of the previous studies .Then the strategic analysis for the environment of media education after that recognizing the standards of developing the media education and being helped by the experts' opinions,academics and questionnaires followed by determining skills of the 21st education .Approaching to the last stage acted in the suggested vision , the study recommended the necessity of reinforcing vocational skills for the teaching staff to increase the motivation of the media students for learning and building one's skills,competency  and developing them ,then the necessity of offering support to merge  the 21st century skills in designing plans and syllabuses  and reinforcing them for improving the media education quality and its outcomes
