استشراف مستقبل الإعلام المرئي الموجه للطفل عبر القنوات الفضائية المصرية في ضوء کتيب المعايير الإعلامية : "کود المحتوى الإعلامي الموجه للطفل"

تحاول الدراسة الحإلىة استشراف مستقبل الإعلام المرئي الموجه للطفل عبر القنوات الفضائية المصرية، في ظل ما يخلقه صدور کتيب المعايير الإعلامية من تحديات بما يتضمنه من کود أخلاقي للعاملين بالإعلام الموجه للطفل، يتحتم العمل في إطاره، وبما يستتبعه ذلک من تطورات، سواء في الشکل والمحتوى الإعلامي، أو ما قد يتبين لمتخذي القرار وواضعي السياسات الإعلامية من تعقيدات - بعد تطبيق المعايير- قد تفرض إجراء بعض التغييرات على بنود الکود أو المدونة السلوکية محل الدراسة.
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل بنود کود المحتوى الإعلامي الموجه للطفل المصري، ومقارنتها بمدونات السلوک ومواثيق الشرف الإعلامية العربية للوقوف على نقاط القوة والضعف، متبعة الأسلوب العلمي المنهجي في اختيار عينة البحث المتمثلة في خمسة أکاديميين وخمسة وعشرين من الخبراء، مستعينة بالمنهج المسحي باستخدام أسلوب التحليل الکيفي والمقابلات المتعمقة.
توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: يرتبط مستقبل إعلام الطفل من الناحية الأخلاقية بالمنظومة القانونية للدولة والمدونات الأخلاقية کمعيار أساسي لضمان کسب ثقة الجمهور والمتخصصين، وبالمقارنة يتضح أن عددًا من الدول العربية وضعت مواثيق شرف أکثر إحکامًا وشمولية من الکود المصري.

The researcher used the methodological scientific method in selecting the research community and its sample represented by five academics and twenty-five experts, using the survey method Using the method of qualitative analysis and in-depth interviews with experts and specialists.
The researcher concluded many results, the most important of which is:
-The future of children's media is linked morally to the legal system of the state and moral codes as a basic criterion for ensuring the trust of the public and specialists, compared to that it is clear that many Arab countries have developed more compact and comprehensive codes of honor than the Egyptian code
