المفارقة القيمية وعلاقتها بأخلاقيات الممارسة المهنية لدى القائم بالاتصال في الصحافة الإلکترونية المحلية: دراسة تطبيقية على قطاع شمال الصعيد

يتمثل موضوع هذه الدراسة في رصد التأثيرات التي أحدثها النشر الإلکترونى على أساليب الممارسة المهنية والأخلاقية في الصحافة المحلية، بالتطبيق على الصحف المحلية في قطاع شمال الصعيد، وذلک من خلال رصد وتحليل الممارسة الصحفية في مواقع الصحف المحلية الإلکترونية من وجهة نظر مهنية وأخلاقية، ورصد مدى وعي واتجاهات والتزام الصحفيين بالصحف المحلية بأخلاقيات مهنتهم.
استخدمت الدراسة نظرية الحتمية القيمية ونظرية المسئولية الاجتماعية کإطار نظري للدراسة، ووظفت منهج المسح، کما استخدمت تحليل المضمون والاستبيان کأدوات للدراسة.
واعتمدت الدراسة التحليلية على عينة من المواقع المختلفة للصحف الإقليمية تمثل ثلاث محافظات بشمال الصعيد (المنيا، والفيوم، وبني سويف)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى افتقار الصحافة المحلية الإلکترونية إلى الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية، وکثرة السرقات الصحفية والتحيز وعدم مراعاة الدقة في نشر الأخبار، وأکدت الدراسة أنه کلما ارتفع مستوى المفارقة القيمية لدى الصحفيين قلَّ مستوى التزامهم بالمعايير المهنية والأخلاقية الصحفية، وأکدت الدراسة أهمية اقتصار العمل في الصحف المحلية على المهنيين أعضاء نقابة الصحفيين، والاهتمام بالتدريب الصحفي للجوانب المهنية والأخلاقية؛ مما يفعّل دور الصحافة المحلية ويرفع مستوى أدائها في خدمة المجتمع المحلي.
 
The Value Discrepancy and its relationship to the ethics of professional practice of journalists in local electronic journalism
(an applied study on the northern Upper Egypt sector)
 
The Research Problem is to evaluate the effects of The electronic publishing on the professional and Ethical practices in the local Journalism in the Northern Upper Egypt sector, by monitoring and analyzing journalistic practices in local electronic newspaper websites from a professional and ethical point of view, and monitoring the extent of awareness, attitudes, and commitment of the local journalists to the ethics of their profession.
The study used the value determinism theory and social responsibility theory as a theoretical framework for the study, it used the survey method, as well as content analysis and questionnaire as tools for the study.
The analytical study used a sample of different websites of local electronic journals representing three governorates in North Upper Egypt (Minya, Fayoum and Beni Suef). The professional and ethical standards in local electronic journalism are absent as it depends on journalistic theft, false news in addition to the absence of accuracy in publishing news. The study confirmed that the higher the value Discrepancy of journalists, the lower the level of their commitment to professional and ethical journalistic standards. The study emphasized the importance of limiting work in local journalism to professionals who are members of the Syndicate of Journalists and the interest of journalistic training programs for media ethics as a way to enrich the role of local journalism and to increase its effort in serving the local community.
