أطر معالجة مواقع الصحف المصرية الإلکترونية للأزمة الليبية خلال فترة إعلان القاهرة 2020 "دراسة تحليلية"

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أطر معالجة مواقع الصحف المصرية للأزمة الليبية خلال فترة إعلان القاهرة 2020، واعتمدت على منهج المسح Survey، باستخدام أداة تحليل المضمون، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في عينة عمدية من خلال المسح الشامل في ثلاثة مواقع للصحف المصرية، هي (موقع بوابة الأهرام الإلکترونية- موقع اليوم السابع- موقع بوابة الوفد الإلکترونية)، وذلک في الفترة من 1/6/2020 إلى 30/8/2020، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة عدد 1900 مادة صحفية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى:
1-  اعتمدت المواقع الصحفية عينة الدراسة في تغطيتها لأخبار الصراع الليبي على الروابط الوطنية کدولة جوار عربية، وجاء ذلک واضحًا في مدى الاهتمام الذي أولته تلک المواقع الصحفية لتغطية الأزمة الليبية خلال فترة إعلان القاهرة 2020، ويرجع ذلک إلى طبيعة دولة ليبيا وموقعها الإستراتيجي بالنسبة لمصر، ومدى الخطر المحتمل على الأمن القومي المصري في حالة وجود صراعات بها.
2-  جاءت الأطر الرسمية السياسية في مقدمة الأطر المرجعية للأخبار في مواقع الصحف المصرية عينة الدراسة بنسبة 41%، ويرجع ذلک إلى أن السبب الرئيسي في الأزمة کان سبب سياسي، وفي الترتيب الثاني وبنسبة 33.6% من إجمالي عينة الدراسة تم الترکيز على الأطر الأمنية، سواء فيما يتعلق بأمن ليبيا الداخلي أو أخطار المساس بالأمن القومي المصري نتيجة الصراعات الليبية، وفي الترتيب الثالث جاءت الأطر القانونية بنسبة 18.1%.
3-  جاء إطار الصراع في مقدمة الأطر المستخدمة في مواقع الصحف المصرية بنسبة 23.2% من إجمالي عينة البحث، يليه إطار التأييد ودعم القرارات بنسبة 17.6%، وهي الأطر الخاصة بالأخبار الخاصة بتأييد القرارات، وجاءت بشکل أکبر في الأخبار التي تناولت الحلول والمقترحات المصرية الخاصة بالمبادرة المصرية لحل الأزمة الليبية، ويأتي في الترتيب الثالث إطار التهديد بنسبة 13.8%، وهي الأخبار الخاصة بالتهديدات التي يمکن أن تؤثر على الأمن القومي المصري، وجاء إطار الضغط والتصعيد بنسبة 12.8%، وفي الترتيب الخامس وبنسبة 8.7% جاء إطار الإيجابيات في الأخبار التي تم تناولها في مواقع الصحف الإلکترونية، ثم إطار المؤامرة بنسبة 7.9%، يليه إطار الإدانة بنسبة 6.7%.
 
Frameworks for dealing with Egyptian websites for the newspaper of the Libyan crisis during the period of the Cairo Declaration 2020
 
The study sought to identify the national referencein dealing with the electronic press discourse of Libyan affairs, and it relied on the survey methodology, using content analysis and Discourse analysis. The study sample was a purposive sample through comprehensive research in three sites for Egyptian newspapers, which are (Al-Ahram Online website / Al Yawom Alsabe website / Al-Wafd website) during the period from 1/6/2020 to 30/8/2020, and the study sample included 1,900 press articles, and the study concluded to a number of results as follows:
1- The press websites adopted in their coverage of news of the Libyan conflict on the national authority as an Arab neighboring country, and this was evident in the extent of attention paid by these press sites to covering the Libyan crisis during the analysis period, due to the nature of the Libyan state and its strategic position in relation to Egypt and the extent of the potential threat to security The Egyptian nationalist in the event of conflicts with it.
2- The official political frameworks came at the forefront of the news reference frameworks in the Egyptian newspapers' websites. with 41%, and this is logical as the main reason for the crisis was a political cause, and in the second order, with 33.6% of the total study sample, the focus was on security frameworks, both in terms of Related to Libya's internal security or the dangers of compromising Egyptian national security as a result of the Libyan conflicts, and in the third place, the legal frameworks came at 18.1%.
3-The framework of the conflict came at the forefront of the frameworks used in the websites of Egyptian newspapers, with a percentage of 23.2% of the total sample, followed by the frame of support, at a rate of 17.6%, which are the frameworks for news support for decisions and came more in the news that dealt with Egyptian solutions and proposals for the Egyptian initiative to solve the crisis In Libya, the threat framework comes in third place, by 13.8%, which is news about threats that could affect Egyptian national security, and the pressure and escalation framework came in at 12.8%, and in the fifth place, and by 8.7%, the frame of positives. Then the plot frame at 7.9%, the last one the conviction frame at 6.7%
