تقييم تجربة التحول الرقمي في التعليم من وجهة نظر طلاب الإعلام بالتطبيق على منظومة التعليم الإلکتروني وقت جائحة کورونا ووضع تصور لإستراتيجية تطويره: دراسة کمية – کيفية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم طلاب الإعلام لتجربة التحول الرقمي، بالتطبيق على منظومة التعليم الإلکتروني خلال جائحة کورونا 2019، مع وضع تصور لتطويرها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وعمداء کليات الإعلام الحکومية والخاصة.
وطبقت الدراسة الکمية الميدانية على 500 طالب وطالبة، کعينة من کليات الإعلام الحکومة والخاصة، کما طبقت الدراسة الکيفية على 20 عضوًا من عمداء ورؤساء أقسام وأعضاء هيئة تدريس بالکليات الحکومية والخاصة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها:
1-  صعوبة تدريس المقررات الإعلامية العملية عبر التعليم الإلکتروني لصعوبة وجود معامل افتراضية، وضعف البنى التحتية، وقلة الخبرة التقنية لدى عديد من أطراف العملية التعليمية.
2-  وجود عديد من التأثيرات المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوکية لتجربة التعليم الإلکتروني في کليات الإعلام المصرية الحکومية والخاصة.
3-  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلاب الإعلام في تقييمهم لتجربة التعليم الإلکتروني أو تأثيراته عليهم طبقًا لنوع التعليم أو نوع الطالب.
