استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على اتجاهات النخبة المصرية نحو دور المتحدث الرسمي لوزارة الصحة والسکان في إدارة أزمة کورونا، والتعرف على الإستراتيجيات التي استخدمها المتحدث في إدارة الأزمة، واعتمدت الباحثة على منهج المسح بشقه الميداني، وذلک بالتطبيق على عينة عمدية قوامها (170) مفردة من النخبة الإعلامية، والأکاديمية، والسياسية، والطبية، والاقتصادية.
وأشارت النتائج إلى تأثير المتحدث الرسمي على تشکيل الرأي العام وتوجيهه في الأزمات وصد الشائعات ومواجهتها،وتوصلت النتائج إلىوجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين الإستراتيجيات التي يستخدمها المتحدث الرسمي في إدارة أزمة کورونا واتجاهات النخبة نحو دوره في إدارة الأزمة.
The study aimed to identify the Egyptian elite's trends towards the role of the official spokesperson of the Ministry of Health and Population in managing the Corona crisis and to identify the strategies used by the spokesperson in managing the crisis, and the researcher relied on the methodology of the survey, by applying to an intentional sample of (170) individuals from the media, academic, political, medical and economic elite. The results indicated the influence of the spokesperson on shaping and directing public opinion in crises and repelling and confronting rumors, and the results indicated a statistically significant correlation between the strategies used by the spokesperson in managing the Corona crisis and the attitudes of the elite towards his role in managing the Corona crisis.
