إدراک المصريين لتأثرية الآخرين بالشائعات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بالتطبيق على جائحة کورونا: دراسة ميدانية

استهدفت الدراسة الکشف عن مدى إدراک المصريين لتأثرية الآخرين بالشائعات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بالتطبيق على جائحة کورونا، وذلک من خلال اختبار فروض نظرية تأثر الشخص الثالث، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح، واستخدمت صحيفة الاستقصاء، وطبقت على عينة حصصية قوامها 600 مفردة من مستخدمي مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، موزعة بالتساوي على ثلاث محافظات (القاهرة، والغربية، وسوهاج)، بواقع 200 مفردة لکل محافظة، وذلک في الفترة من 19/4/2020 حتى 13/5/2020.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها:
- ثبتت صحة الفرض القائل بوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى إدراک العينة لتأثرهم بالشائعات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مقارنة بمستوى إدراکهم لتأثيرها على الآخرين، وهو الفرض الإدراکي لنظرية تأثر الشخص الثالث الذي صاغه .(Philips Davison, 1983)
- ثبتت صحة الفرض القائل بأن مساحة الفجوة الإدراکية (الفرق بين درجة تأثرية الأنا ودرجة تأثرية الآخرين) تختلف باختلاف الخصائص الديموجرافية للمبحوثين.
- ثبتت صحة الفرض القائل بزيادة إدراک تأثر الشخص الثالث بالشائعات على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي کلما زادت المسافة الاجتماعية مع الآخرين.
- ثبتت صحة الفرض القائل بوجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مساحة الفجوة الإدراکية ودرجة تأييد الجمهور لفرض الرقابة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (الفرض السلوکي).
- وتوصي الدراسة الجهات الرسمية بضرورة الاهتمام بالدور الذي تقوم به مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في نقل الأخبار والمعلومات وتداولها في مختلف المجالات، خاصة المجالات المتعلقة بالصحة، واستغلال ذلک بشکل إيجابي.
- کما توصي بضرورة اهتمام المؤسسات الرسمية بالتصدي للشائعات، عن طريق إنشاء مرکز إعلامي مستقل لرصد الشائعات وتتبعها وتحليلها، وتتبع مصادرها، والرد عليها وتفنيدها ودحضها.
