"أنماط تعرض الشباب بدولة الإمارات للشاشات المتعددة وتأثيرها على حضورهم الاجتماعي" دراسة في إطار ظاهرة التليفزيون الاجتماعي

استهدفت الدراسة استکشاف مفهوم التليفزيون الاجتماعي، کظاهرة مستجدة نتجت عن تزايد تفاعل الجمهور مع المحتوى التليفزيوني على شاشتين أو أکثر في وقت متزامن، من خلال الأجهزة المحمولة مثل الهواتف الذکية والأجهزة اللوحية.. وغيرها، حيث غيرت الشاشات المتعددة من أنماط المشاهدة التليفزيونية التقليدية؛ لتجعلها تجربة تفاعلية واجتماعية تشمل تبادل الآراء على شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي أثناء المشاهدة التليفزيونية.
أشارت نتائج الدراسة الکيفية التي أجريت على مجموعات النقاش المرکزة من الشباب المواطنين والمقيمين بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلى أن سلوک مشاهدة التليفزيون الاجتماعي عملية معقدة ترتبط بدوافع وأنماط التعرض، وبتقارب المشاهدين مع المحتوى وبظاهرة الخوف من الفقدان Fomo، والتفاعل بين الأشخاص، والخصائص الإعلامية المتصورة لشبکات التواصل الاجتماعي کمنصات بديلة للحصول على المعلومات وتحسين تجربة المشاهدة، کما يؤثر التعرض للشاشات المتعددة بشکل إيجابي على الولاء للبرامج التليفزيونية، وإدراک الحضور الاجتماعي.
أما الدراسة التحليلية والتي اعتمدت على أداةKeyhole لتحليل بيانات حسابات عينة من القنوات التليفزيونية الإماراتية المتمثلة فى تليفزيون أبو ظبي، دبي، والشارقة بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (إنستجرام، تويتر، يوتيوب)، فقد رصدت استغلال التليفزيونات الإماراتية لمعظم خصائص المحتوى الرقمي المناسب للبث عبر شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي، والتي تدعم التعليقات والمناقشات والمشارکات التفاعلية بين المشاهدين، بالإضافة إلى تقنية البث المباشر للأحداث التي تسمح للأشخاص باستهلاک المحتوى والتعليق على الأحداث الإعلامية بشکل متزامن مع أشخاص آخرين خلال الوقت الفعلي للبث.
