الأطر المعرفية والمنهجية للمکون الإعلامي والاتصالي للسِلم والتماسک المجتمعيين تحليل من المستوى الثاني

المستخلص

تتحدد مشکلة الدراسة الحالية في تحليل الخريطة البحثية العربية والعالمية للدراسات التي تعرضت للمکون الإعلامي والاتصالي في بحوث کل من السِلم والتماسک المجتمعيين، وذلکفي الفترة بين عامي 2011-2020، بهدف رصد المجالات والأبعاد النظرية والمنهجية الموظفة في هذه الأدبيات بما يساعد على التوقف عند الإشکاليات والفجوات المفاهيمية والمنهجية فيها، الأمر الذي يُمکِننا بدوره من طرح أدلة مغايرة جديدة، وحوافز أکثر فاعلية في تشکيل العلاقة بين وسائل الإعلام عامة، والمستحدثة منها على وجه التحديد، و بين سِلم وتماسک المجتمعات المعاصرة.
وتسعى الدراسة إلى أن يتأتى هذا الطرح المغاير عبر مستويين أساسيين؛ يتوقف الأول منهما عند الأدوار البحثية للأکاديميا الإعلامية التي تفتقر وبشدة للبحوث الإمبريقية/ التطبيقية التي تقيس بشکل کمي دقيق خريطة المتغيرات المؤثرة على العلاقة بين وسائل الإعلام، وبين تحقيق/تعزيز السِلم والتماسک المجتمعيين، بينما يتمثل المستوى الثاني الذي تستهدف الدراسة التالية تقديمه في الدفع بإستراتيجية بحثية عربية توائم بين أهمية هذه الوسائط الإعلامية في الوقت الراهن، وبين خصوصية السياقات المجتمعية، والثقافية، والسياسية العربية. الأمر الذي يسمح بالوقوف على أرضية صلبة و واقعية عند تقديم أي طرح بحثي إعلامي قابل للتحقق والتنفيذ، وبما يدفع بإمکانية استشراف رؤية مستقبلية لسبل وآليات توظيف المکون الإعلامي في دعم عمليات السِلم والتماسک الاجتماعي.
رصدت الأدبيات البحثية السابقة محل التحليل (107 دراسة) العديد من الصعوبات التي واجهت، وما زالت تواجه المکون الإعلامي في عمليات بناء ودعم السِلم والتماسک المجتمعيين. تمثلت بعض هذه الصعوبات في أن مخرجات الأنشطة الاتصالية لا يمکن تحديدها وقياسها بوضوح عندما يکون من المحتمل أن تلعب العوامل الأخرى دورًا، فضلًا عن أنه لا يمکن قياس الفوائد المباشرة لکل منها بالمقاييس نفسها وفي المجتمعات المختلفة.
