دور الإعلام الجديد في نشر ثقافة التسامح وقبول الآخر

تسعى هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الدور الذي تؤديه وسائل الإعلام الجديد من خلال المؤثرين في نبذ الفتنة الطائفية أو تأجيجها، وتحديد الاستراتيجيات التي يمکن أن يستخدمها من يسيطر على وسائل الإعلام الجديد؛ عبر المؤثرين؛ للتأثير في الرأي العام المصري وتحويل آراء الجمهور من التعصب للتسامح وقبول الآخر أو العکس؛ بالتطبيق على فيس بوک وتويتر.
وذلک من خلال دراسة ميدانية وتحليلية، وتطبيقها على مستخدمي الإعلام الجديد وعلى المؤثرين على الشبکات الاجتماعية، وتوصلت إلى أهمية دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي- من خلال المؤثرين- في القضاء على الفتنة الطائفية ونشر التسامح والإخاء الإنساني، وأثبتت أن تأثير المؤثر من الجمهور العادي (المؤثرين الصغار، أو المؤثر الجزئي) قد يفوق تأثير المؤثرين من المشاهير لعدة اسباب، وأنه من المفيد استغلال مزايا المؤثرين الصغار، والاعتماد عليهم من طرف القيادة السياسية في نشر الوعي ودعم الدولة.
