اتجاهات محافل التقدير الإستراتيجي الإسرائيلي نحو مصر

تتناول الدراسة عرض تحليلي لاتجاهات محافل التقدير الاستراتيجي الإسرائيلي نحو مصر، حيث تشکل دراسة القضايا والمعضلات السياسية إحدى المحاور الرئيسية التي تضعها إسرائيل في ضوء تعاملها مع ما يستجد من أوضاع بالمنطقة. وتأسيسا على ما سبق، يأتي الهدف الرئيس لهذه الدراسة، وهو الکشف عن اتجاهات محافل التقدير الاستراتيجي الإسرائيلي نحو مصر بالتطبيق على عينة من المقالات الصحفية ، حيث قامت الدراسة على تحليل عدد من المقالات التحليلية خلال الفترة من (1 يناير - 30 يوليو 2017)، بحيث شملت العينة (30) مادة صحفية.
 استعانت الدراسة في توصيف العينة وتحليلها بأداة تحليل المحتوى، حيث تقوم على تحليل المحتوى الظاهر من النص، وذلک في ضوء السعي عن طريق المقارنة الکمية المنهجية للمضمون الظاهر للمواد الاتصالية إلى الحصول على الاستدلالات الکيفية.
فضلت الباحثة الترکيز في الدراسة على مراکز أبحاث مستقلة وأخرى تابعة لمؤسسات أکاديمية إسرائيلية، وذلک في ضوء المقارنة المنهجية بين توجهات محافل التقدير الاستراتيجي الإسرائيلي نحو مصر.

وقامت الباحثة باستعراض المؤشرات الکمية والکيفية لاتجاهات محافل التقدير الاستراتيجي الإسرائيلي نحو مصر، وذلک في ضوء مناقشة نتائج الدراسة التحليلية حتى يکون القارئ على علم بما وراء الرسالة الإعلامية التي يعکسها المحتوى الضمني  للمقالات التحليلية لکبار الباحثين الإسرائيليين في تناولهم للشأن المصري.
 
Trends of the Israeli Strategic Assessment Forum
Towards Egypt
The study deals with an analytical view of the trends of the Israeli strategic assessment forums towards Egypt, where the study of political issues and dilemmas is one of the main axes that Israel places in light of its dealing with the new situation in the region. Based on the foregoing, the main objective of this study is to reveal the trends of the Israeli strategic assessment forums towards Egypt by applying to a sample of Analytical articles. The study deals with a number of analytical articles during the period from 1 January to 30 July 2017, The sample included (30) Analytical articles.
 The study used the content analysis, which is based on the analysis of the content shown in the text, in light of the methodical quantitative comparison of the apparent content of the communication materials to obtain qualitative inferences.
The researcher preferred to focus the study on independent research centers and other academic institutions in Israel, in light of the systematic comparison between the directions of the Israeli strategic assessment forums towards Egypt.

The researcher reviewed the quantitative and qualitative indicators of the trends of the Israeli strategic assessment forums towards Egypt, in light of the discussion of the results of the analytical study so that the reader is aware of the message behind the media reflected by the implicit content of the analytical articles of senior Israeli researchers in their handling of the Egyptian issue.
