فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على استراتيجية التعلم المدمج في تنمية معارف ومهارات تصميم صحف الحائط المدرسية لدى طلاب التدريب الميداني بقسم الإعلام التربوي

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للطلاب للقدرة على إنتاج وتصميم صحف الحائط بأنواعها المختلفة يدوية ومطبوعة، وتضمين هذه الاحتياجات في البرنامج التدريبي القائم على استراتيجية التعليم المدمج؛ والذي يهدف إلى تنمية الجانب المعرفي والأدائي الخاص بمهارات تصميم صحف الحائط اليدوية والمطبوعة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي، کما استخدمت الدراسة عدة أدوات لتحقيق أهدافها، وهي: استمارة الاحتياجات التدريبية للطلاب، البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، اختبار التحصيل المعرفي، وبطاقة تقييم منتج لمهارات تصميم صحف الحائط، وبلغ عدد طلاب المجموعة التجريبية 30 طالبًا، وعدد طلاب المجموعة الضابطة 30 طالبًا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في زيادة تحصيل الطلاب للمعارف عن مهارات تصميم صحف الحائط، وأيضًا في تصميم صحف الحائط لصالح التطبيق البَعدي بعد استخدامهم استراتيجية التعلم المدمج، کما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين المجموعة الضابطة والتجريبية لصالح التجريبية في زيادة تحصيل الطلاب للمعارف عن صحف الحائط وتصميمها، وفي تصميم صحف الحائط لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بعد استخدامهم استراتيجية التعلم المدمج.
