"فاعلية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في العملية التعليمية بالجامعات السعودية: دراسة ميدانية على طلاب کلية الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية

أهمية الدراسة:
1 - الدور المتصاعد لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خاصة بين فئة الطلاب.
2 ـ أهمية الدور الذي يمکن أن تقوم به مواقع التواصل في العملية التعليمية باعتبارها واحدة من استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم وکأداة للتواصل الأکاديمي بين الأساتذة والطلاب بالجامعات.
3 - التعلم عن بعد والتعليم التفاعلي أصبحا يشکلان أهمية قصوى، فالعملية التعليمية لم تعد قاصرة على مفهومها التقليدي بأبعاده المتعارف عليها، وإنما أصبحت أکثر اتساعا وأکثر تفاعلية وهذا الشکل من أشکال التواصل يقدم النموذج الأکثر تفاعلية وتطوراً للعملية التعليمية، والذي يحتاج إلى مزيد الحوار ومن البحث والدراسة.
4 -جودة العملية التعليمية لم تعد خياراً أمام مؤسسات التعليم بوجه عام والتعليم العالي علي وجه الخصوص، وإنما أصبحت تحدياً يستوجب السعي الدائم والبحث والدراسة لتوظيف کافة الأدوات الممکنة للوصول إليها.
مشکلة الدراسة : وفي إطار ما سبق تتبلور مشکلة الدراسة في  " التعرف علي کيفية فاعلية استخدام طلاب وطالبات کلية الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ، وعلاقته بجودة العملية التعليمية ، ويتم ذلک من خلال رصد فاعلية مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بالکلية کأداة لتحقيق الجودة في العملية التعليمية ، وسبل التواصل فيما بين الأساتذة والطلاب من خلال تلک المواقع  وتأثير ذلک الاستخدام علي مستوى جودة العملية التعليمية ، بالإضافة إلي محاولة تقديم سبل أکثر فاعلية لتدعيم ذلک الحوار وتوسيع نطاق الإفادة من هذه الشبکات لتکون أداة فعالة للتواصل الأکاديمي الحواري للأساتذة والطلاب سعياً لتحقيق الجودة الاملة في العملية التعليمية".
النتائج العامة للدراسة
 
-         الدردشة مع الأصدقاء جاء في مقدمة اهداف استخدام طلاب کلية الاعلام والاتصال لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، يليه في الترتيب الثاني الاطلاع على أهم الأخبار والمستجدات العلمية، بينما جاء التعرف على الاتجاهات الجديدة في مجال دراستي في الترتيب الثالث.
-       ارتفاع نسبة تفضيل أفراد العينة الذکور والإناث ‏ استخدام اسلوب التحاور مع الاساتذة على حده إذا تطلب الأمر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لصالح افراد العينة الاناث.
