توظيف الصحفيين لموارد التعلم الرقمي في تطوير جدارات العمل بغرف الأخبار: دراسة ميدانية في ضوء نظرية الترابطية

    تسعى الدراسة إلى رصد دوافع وممارسات توظيف الصحفيين لموارد التعلم الرقمي المتاحة على شبکة الإنترنت في تطوير جدارات العمل بغرف الأخبار، بمکوناتها من معارف ومهارات ومواقف، مع توصيف بيئات التعلم الشخصية التي قاموا ببنائها، وتحديد مدى اختبارهم لخصائص التعلم الترابطي، وعلاقة ذلک بدرجة اعتمادهم على تلک الموارد.
    وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى بناء الصحفيين لبيئات تعلم شخصية تضم مزيجًا من الشبکات الاجتماعية والمواقع التدريبية والمنصات الرقمية التابعة لمؤسسات متخصصة، والتي قاموا بتوظيفها لممارسة مجموعة من أنشطة التعلم الرقمي التي تحققت فيها سمات الترابطية من حيث الاستقلالية والتفاعل والانفتاح، وکذلک اکتساب المعرفة المحدثة، وهي السمات التي أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بينها وبين اعتماد الصحفيين على تلک الموارد، فضلًا عن ارتباط الأخير بدرجة إجادتهم لمهارات التعامل مع الوسائط الرقمية.
    حددت الدراسة أيضًا مجموعة من الجدارات التي تم توظيف الموارد الرقمية في تطويرها، وتمثلت بشکل رئيس في معرفة الاتجاهات الحديثة في غرف الأخبار ونماذجها، وتطوير مهارات کتابة وتحرير الأخبار، وکذلک قيم التعلم المستمر والمرونة وإدارة الوقت وتنظيم المهام.
