المعلومات والمفاهيم العلمية التي تقدمها قنوات الرسوم المتحركة التعليمية العربية والأجنبية على اليوتيوب وتفاعلية مستخدميها- دراسة تحليلية في إطار نظرية تمثيل المعلومات

تعد الرسوم المتحركة أداة قوية في التعليم، لأنها يمكن أن تساعد في جعل المفاهيم الصعبة أكثر سهولة وجاذبية، ويمكن أيضًا أن توفر تمثيلًا مرئيًا للمعلومات التي يمكن أن تكون أكثر قابلية للتذكر وأسهل في الفهم من النص أو المحاضرة وحدها، وأوضحت عديد من الدراسات أن الرسوم المتحركة التعليمية تساعد على تحسين الإدراك، وتزيد من عمليات الانتباه والتذكر والتمثيل النشط للمعلومات، ويتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في رصد وتحليل المعلومات والمعارف العلمية التي تتناولها قنوات الرسوم المتحركة التعليمية على يوتيوب، والكشف عن تفاعلية المستخدمين تجاه هذا المحتوى، وكيفية تمثيل المتلقين للمعلومات الواردة في هذه القنوات، وحددت عينة الدراسة في ثلاث قنوات، باختيار قناة TED- ED الأمريكية، وقناة Kurzgesagt الألمانية، وقناة حسين عبد الله العربية، وتحديد 60 فيديو من القنوات الثلاث في العينة التحليلية، وكانت من أبرز نتائج الدراسة: تنوع الموضوعات التي تناولتها هذه القنوات بالشرح والتوضيح عن طريق الرسوم المتحركة، وجاءت المعلومات عن "الصحة الجسدية" في الترتيب الأول بالنسبة للإجمالي العام بنسبة 23.3%، وفي الترتيب الثاني "علوم الفضاء والكون"، و"المعلومات العامة" بنسبة 18,3%، وتعددت الوسائط التي تستخدمها قنوات الرسوم المتحركة العربية والأجنبية في الفيديوهات التي تنتجها بغرض توصيل المعلومات بشكل أسهل وأكثر تشويقًا للمتلقي، ومنها الرسوم المتحركة ثنائية الأبعاد animation 2D، والرسوميات المتحركة Motion graphics، والمؤثرات الصوتية والبصرية، والرسوم البيانية والخرائط، وجاء من أهم أهداف استخدام قنوات الرسوم المتحركة تثقيف المستخدمين وتنمية الإدراك البصري لديهم، وأوضحت النتائج أن من أهم المثيرات وعوامل الجذب التي تستخدمها هذه القنوات أنها تنظم المعلومات المعروضة وتجعلها أكثر سهولة للانتباه والتذكر، وفيما يخص آليات التفاعل مع المحتوى المقدم جاء الثناء والتشجيع للمحتوى المقدم في الترتيب الأول بنسبة 55%، ومن ناحية تمثيل المتابعين للمعلومات جاءت المواد المعروضة في وسائط الرسوم المتحركة سهلة الفهم بنسبة 32.8%، إضافة إلى إثبات الفروض التي وضعتها الدراسة، التي تتفق مع نظرية تمثيل المعلومات وفروضها.
