تقبل الشباب المصري لاستخدام تقنية Chat GPT كأحد تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي - دراسة ميدانية

     توالت تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الآونة الأخيرة، وأصبحت كل يوم في تطور وتحديث مستمر، وأحد هذه التطبيقات ما يُعرف بتقنية Chat GPT وهو برنامج للدردشة ذكي يعتمد على تقنية تعمل على محاكاة العقل البشري في طريقة التفكير وتحليل البيانات، ويمكن التحدث إليه والدردشة معه كأنه إنسان طبيعي، حيث تم تدريبه على بيانات واسعة النطاق تسمح بالتحدث بشكلٍ عقلاني ومنطقي، ويعطي معلومات ويجيب عن الأسئلة التي يُسأل عنها.
     وتهدف هذه الدراسة الاستكشافية إلى الكشف عن مدى قبول الشباب المصري لتقنية Chat GPT وهي اختصار لعبارة Chatbot Generative Pre- Trained، واعتمدت الدراسة على نموذج تقبل التكنولوجيا ونظرية انتشار الأفكار المستحدثة كمدخل نظري لها، وقد استخدمت أداتي الاستبانة الإلكترونية ومجموعة بؤر النقاش (ثمانية أفراد)، واعتمدت في تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عمدية قوامها (121) مفردة ممن لديهم معرفة مسبقة عن هذه التقنية، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: طبيعة المعلومات التي يفضلها المستخدمون عند استخدام برنامج Chat GPT، فجاء: السماح لاختيار المستخدمين ما بين المعلومات التفصيلية والمختصرة في المرتبة الأولى، وتوجد علاقة بين معدل استخدام المبحوثين- عينة الدراسة- لبرنامج Chat GPT والاتجاه نحو هذا البرنامج، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين المبحوثين وفقًا لنوع هاتفهم المحمول الذكي وكل من: معدل استخدام برنامج Chat GPT وفئات تقبل التكنولوجيا (المزايا النسبية والملائمة والتعقيد والقابلية للتجريب والقابلية للملاحظة) والاتجاه نحو برنامج Chat GPT.
