دور دراما القصص المتعددة بالتليفزيون المصري في تشكيل اتجاهات الشباب نحو ثقافة قبول الآخر( دراسة تحليلية - ميدانية)

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأعمال الدرامية ذات القصص المتعددة في تشكيل اتجاهات الشباب المصري نحو ثقافة قبول الآخر، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، واستخدمت المنهج المسحي بشقيه التحليلي والميداني، من خلال التطبيق على عينة عمدية من الشباب المصري مكونة من 211 مفردة من مشاهدي الأعمال الدرامية التليفزيونية باستخدام أداة جمع بيانات متمثلة في (الاستبانة الإلكترونية)، وكذلك تحليل عينة مكونة من 8 قصص درامية تضمنتها أعمال درامية ذات قصص متعددة، اختيرت بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للقصص التي تناولت موضوعات ذات علاقة بثقافة قبول الآخر في الفترة من 2016 حتى 2023، باستخدام استمارة تحليل مضمون أداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، في إطار نظريتي "الغرس الثقافي" و"المسئولية الاجتماعية لوسائل الإعلام"، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: غلب القالب التراجيدي على الأعمال الدرامية التي تناولت قصة شخص من ذوي الاختلافات، وجاء استخدام لغة حوار قوية ومؤثرة في مقدمة عناصر الجذب والإبهار الموظفة بها، وكان الاختلاف من حيث الحالة الصحية لبطل العمل هو الأكثر ظهورًا في القصص الدرامية التي استهدفت عرض ملامح من حياة الشخص المختلف بشكل رئيسي، كما أوضحت النتائج ارتفاع كثافة مشاهدة الشباب المصري للأعمال الدرامية ذات القصص المتعددة من خلال القنوات الفضائية التليفزيونية؛ والاتجاه الإيجابي نحو معالجتها للقصص التي تتناول ثقافة قبول الآخر؛ غير أنه لم يثبت وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين كثافة المشاهدة والاتجاه الإيجابي نحو ثقافة قبول الآخر.
وقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام بما تقدمه دراما القصص المتعددة، بصفتها شكلًا دراميًا يلقى قبولًا من الجماهير بصفة عامة، والشباب بصفة خاصة، واستغلالها في تدعيم وترسيخ مختلف القيم الأخلاقية الإيجابية التي تسهم في تطور المجتمع.
