مصداقية برامج البودكاست كمصدر للمعلومات والأخبار لدى الجمهور المصري- دراسة تحليلية وميدانية

مع توسع منصات التدوين والبث الصوتي وزيادة أعداد برامج البودكاست، وانتشار البودكاست الإخباري الذي تقدمه المؤسسات الإعلامية المختلفة؛ المصرية، والعربية، والدولية، ظهرت الحاجة لمعرفة مدى مصداقية برامج البودكاست كمصدر للمعلومات والأخبار لدى الجمهور المصري، وتحليل عناصر مصداقية برامج البودكاست ودراسة العوامل المؤثرة فيها. واعتمدت الدراسة على النموذج البنائي للمصداقية، وإطار تحليل مصداقية البودكاست (PodCred). وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة التحليلية التزام برامج البودكاست، عينة الدراسة، بأغلب العوامل التي من شأنها تحقيق مكونات المصداقية التي شملت؛ الدقة، والشمول، والحالية، والفورية، والواقعية، والموضوعية، والتوازن، والصدق، والأهمية، والتفاعلية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية إلى أن غالبية المبحوثين يثقون في البودكاست الإخباري "بدرجة متوسطة" بنسبة (64.7%)، وأن يوتيوب جاء في الترتيب الأول من بين التطبيقات التي يستخدمها الجمهور للاستماع إلى البودكاست، يليه "جوجل بودكاست Google Podcasts" و"سبوتيفايSpotify"، و"آبل بودكاست Apple Podcasts" و"ساوندكلاود Sound Cloud"، وجاء بودكاست العربية، وبودكاست المصري اليوم، وبودكاست سكاي نيوز العربية، في مقدمة البودكاست الإخباري التي يتابعها الجمهور عينة الدراسة، وفيما يتعلق بمؤشرات مصداقية البودكاست، أظهرت النتائج أن مؤشر "الدقة" جاء في المرتبة الأولى ضمن مؤشرات مصداقية البودكاست، أما بالنسبة لعناصر المصداقية في البودكاست الإخباري، فجاءت "التفاعلية" في الترتيب الأول، يليها "الأهمية" في الترتيب الثاني، وفي الترتيب الثالث "الفورية"، أما بالنسبة للعوامل المؤثرة في مصداقية البودكاست الإخباري، فأظهرت النتائج أن "العوامل المرتبطة بالإنتاج الفني" جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، يليها "العوامل مرتبطة بسياق البودكاست"، ثم "العوامل المرتبطة بمحتوى البودكاست"، وأخيرًا "العوامل المرتبطة بمنتج/ مقدم البودكاست".
