التأثيرات النفسية لمتلازمة فومو وعلاقتها بالاستخدام المفرط لصفحات المؤثرين بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في ضوء نظرية الاستخدام التعويضي للإنترنت

المستخلص

سعت الدراسة للتعرف على العلاقة بين مستويات الاستخدام المفرط لصفحات المؤثرين، ومستوى التأثيرات النفسية لمتلازمة فومو لدى مستخدمي مواقع التواصل، واعتمد الباحثان على منهج المسح بالعينة، بالتطبيق على عينة عمدية من مستخدمي صفحات المؤثرين بأسلوب كرة الثلج، عن طريق الاستبانة الإلكترونية، وبلغ عدد العينة 400 مفردة، وتضمنت أدوات جمع البيانات: الاستبانة - مقياس دوافع استخدام صفحات المؤثرين - مقياس مستويات الاستخدام المفرط لصفحات المؤثرين - مقياس متلازمة فومو لدى مستخدمي صفحات المؤثرين -مقياس التأثيرات النفسية لمتلازمة فومو لدى مستخدمي صفحات المؤثرين.
وأكدت نتائج الدراسة أن غالبية المبحوثين يستخدمون وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بإفراط، وهو ما يرجع لانتشار استخدام الهواتف الذكية مع توفر شبكة الإنترنت بشكل شبه دائم، وأوضحت النتائج تعدد واختلاف مستويات الاستخدام المفرط لصفحات المؤثرين بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، التي تتراوح في مستوياتها بين الإفراط والهوس والإدمان، كذلك توصلت إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى التأثيرات النفسية لمتلازمة فومو ومستويات الاستخدام المفرط لصفحات المؤثرين بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
