إدراك الشباب السعودي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتأثيراتها على تحقيق جودة المحتوى المرئي عبر وسائل الإعلام: دراسة ميدانية

تتحدد مشكلة الدِّراسة في الوقوف على إدراك الشباب السعودي لتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتأثيراتها في تحقيق جودة المحتوى المرئي عبر وسائل الإعلام، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية ثراء الوسيلة، بسحب عينة متاحة من الشباب السعودي بلغ حجمها 400 مفردة من متابعي المحتوى المرئي الذي يعتمد على توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن نسبة 50% من عينة الدراسة أكدوا معرفتهم الواسعة بهذه التقنيات، وأن نسبة 70.4% من العينة تتمتع بإدراك مرتفع للمجالات التي يُستفاد فيها من هذه التقنيات، لذا أعرب نسبة 50.5% من العينة أنهم يتفاعلون مع هذه التطبيقات أحيانًا، إلى جانب التفاعل الكبير مع نسبة 20% من العينة، مما يعكس مستوى عالٍ من الاهتمام والمشاركة مع التطبيقات الذكية، وتعكس هذه النتائج وجود اختلاف في تفاعل العينة مع التطبيقات الذكية، وقد تصدر تطبيق "توكلنا" القائمة بنسبة 91.0% من العينة في تفاعلها معه، مما يعكس الاعتماد عليه باستمرار بين العينة في المملكة العربية السعودية لأغراض متنوعة، مثل التحقق من الحالة الصحية، وتقديم الخدمات الحكومية.
 ثبت وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين معدلات مُتابعة الشباب السعودي (عينة الدراسة) للمحتوى المرئي الذي يعتمد على توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وإدراك الشباب السعودي للتأثيرات الناتجة عن توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق جودة المحتوى المرئي، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين إدراك الشباب السعودي للتأثيرات الناتجة عن توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق جودة المحتوى المرئي وتأثير متابعة المحتوى المرئي الذي يعتمد على توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في متابعة المحتوى التقليدي، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين وعي الشباب السعودي (عينة الدراسة) بماهية تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وكثافة مُتابعة الشباب السعودي (عينة الدراسة) للمحتوى المرئي الذي يعتمد على توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وكذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين ثقة (عينة الدراسة) في المحتوى الإعلامي الذي يعتمد على توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وكثافة مُتابعة الشباب السعودي (عينة الدراسة) للمحتوى المرئي الذي يعتمد على توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، كما ثبتت صحة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة فيما يتعلق بإدراك الشباب السعودي لتأثيرات توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق جودة المحتوى المرئي وفقًا لنوع التعليم، والفئة العمرية، والمستوى الاقتصادي الاجتماعي فقط.
