دور قنوات الطهي الفضائية والصفحات المختصة بالطهي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تقليل هدر الطعام لدى النساء

      يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور قنوات الطهي الفضائية والصفحات المختصة بالطهي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تقليل هدر الطعام لدى النسا، ويعد هذا البحث من البحوث الوصفية، ويعتمد البحث على منهج (المسح بالعينة) بشقيه الميداني والتحليلي، والذي يعتمد على تصميم استمارة تحليل مضمون لعينة من البرامج التي تعرض بقنوات الطهي الفضائية والتي تم عرضها على قناة (cbc سفرة- وقناة بانوراما فوود)، وعينة من الصفحات المختصة بالطهي على الفيس بوك، وهي صفحة (فاطمة أبو حاتي ونادية السيد)، وكذلك تصميم استمارة استبانة بكيفية تغطي كل تساؤلات البحث، وتم تطبيقها على عينة قومها (400) مفردة من النساء بمحافظة دمياط، توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات السيدات عينة البحث حول قنوات الطهي الفضائية والصفحات المختصة بالطهي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الحد من هدر الطعام، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لقنوات الطهي الفضائية (2.27) وللصفحات المختصة بالطهي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (2.24)، وبلغت قيمة "ت" (0.69) ومستوى الدلالة (0.491)؛ مما يدل على تقارب قنوات الطهي الفضائية والصفحات المختصة بالطهي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الحد من هدر الطعام، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كثافة تعرض النساء من محافظة دمياط عينة البحث لقنوات الطهي الفضائية وكثافة تعرضها للصفحات المختصة بالطهي على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في الحد من هدر الطعام، حيث بلغت قيمة "كا2" (0.66) ومستوى الدلالة (0.685).
