The research reached a set of results, the most important of which is the absence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of women in the research sample regarding satellite cooking channels and pages specialized in cooking on social networking sites in reducing food waste, as the arithmetic average for the cooking channels was satellite channels (2.27) and cooking pages on social networking sites (2.24).
