دور الدبلوماسية الثقافية في بناء سمعة الدول- دبلوماسية الطلاب أنموذجًا- دراسة على الطلاب الدوليين بجامعة الملك سعود

مع التغيرات المعاصرة وتطور استراتيجيات الدول الدبلوماسية برز دور الدبلوماسية الثقافية كأحد عناصر الدبلوماسية العامة لتحقق مكاسب على أرض الواقع؛ أصبحت تتجاوز أو تفوق الدبلوماسية التقليدية، وتمهد لها الطريق لتحقيق أهدافها، ومن ثَم هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الدبلوماسية الثقافية دبلوماسية الطلاب "نموذجًا في بناء سمعة الدول (Nation Branding) " بتطبيق دراسة نوعية على الطلاب الدوليين في جامعة الملك سعود.
واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج النوعي؛ باعتباره منهجًا نقديًا قادرًا على تحليل التفاصيل والعلاقات من مصدرها وواقعها، ومن ثَم الوصول إلى نتائج تحليلية قادرة على تحقيق أهداف الدراسة بالتعرف على الصورة الذهنية للمملكة للطالب قبل تجربته التعليمية وبعدها، وتحديد مصادر معلومات الطالب المؤثرة في تكوين تلك الصورة، وكيفية استخدامه لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في نقل وتبادل خبراته مع بلده الأصلي، ثم تحليل النوايا، والمخططات، والأفكار، التي نجمت عن تأثره ببلد المضيف وينوي تطبيقها في بلده الأصلي بالتواصل مع البلد المضيف.
واستخدمت الدراسة أداة مجموعة التركيز على عينة قصدية من نوع عينات الشدة والكثافة لعدد 12 طالبًا من الطلاب الدوليين من مختلف الجنسيات بجامعة الملك سعود لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إيجابية الصورة الذهنية المسبقة عن المملكة بفضل علاقات وارتباطات دينية، كما تبين وجود اهتمام بدراسة العلوم الشرعية بصورة موسعة، ووجود حاجة إلى تطوير برامج تعليمية في التخصصات العلمية والتطبيقية؛ لجذب الطلاب الدوليين من مختلف الجنسيات؛ لتفعيل مزيد من دور دبلوماسية الطلاب عالميًّا.
وبالفعل؛ أكدت نتائج المناقشة على وجود نية إيجابية وتأثر كبير للوافدين ببلد الدراسة والبلد المضيف، ووجود أفكار مستقبلية لدى الدارسين لمشروعات مشتركة بين البلدين، وترحيب كبير بجهود المملكة في البلد الأصلي، وتشكَّلَ انطباعٌ إيجابيٌ عن المملكة ومواطنيها لدى أفراد العينة.
ومن أبرز التوصيات؛ تدعيم استراتيجية متكاملة لتفعيل وتوجيه دبلوماسية الطلاب نحو بناء السمعة والاتساع في البرامج الأكاديمية للتخصصات العلمية لجذب المزيد من الجنسيات.
