واقع معمارية المعلومات في موقع وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط- دراسة تقييمية

تشهد مسيرة الصحافة في الوقت الراهن تحديات كثيرة، حيث اتجه معظم القراء إلى المواقع الإخبارية على الشبكة العنكبوتية، للوصول إلى الكثير من محتوى الأخبار من خلاله، لذا بات مهمًا أن يكون الموقع سهل الاستخدام بالنسبة للجمهور.
ومن هنا برزت الحاجة إلى دراسة معمارية المعلومات في المواقع الإخبارية، والتعرف على نظم الملاحة وأساليب عرض وتنظيم المعلومات. وقد قامت هذه الدراسة بإعداد قائمة مرجعية عن طريق تحليل الأدبيات السابقة لتحديد ما يعد أفضل الممارسات في هندسة المعلومات للمواقع الإلكترونية، واستخدام هذه القائمة لتحليل موقع وكالة أنباء الشرق الأوسط لتحديد الجوانب الجيدة لبنية المعلومات الخاصة به والجوانب التي تحتاج إلى تحسين. كما اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح واستعانت للتعرف على مدى تطبيق هندسة المعلومات في البناء المعلوماتي للموقع عينة الدراسة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الموقع عينة الدراسة يتطابق في كثير من الجوانب مع معايير بنية المعلومات، مثل وجود أنظمة تنقل فعالة في الموقع، واستخدام مصطلحات تسمية واضحة، ووجود خطة منطقية لتصنيف وهيكلة المعلومات. كما كانت هناك بعض الجوانب تحتاج إلى تحسين مثل التغذية الراجعة، وأدوات البحث، وأساليب إمكانية الوصول لتكون أكثر سهولة في الاستخدام.
