اختلافات النوع الاجتماعي (الجندر) في تجارب الاتصال عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لدى جيل زد (Z) دراسة ظاهراتية في إطار نظريتي الحتمية الاجتماعية والحتمية التكنولوجية

هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل وتفسير اختلافات النوع الاجتماعي (الجندر) في تجارب الاتصال عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لدى شباب جيل زد(Z) ذكورًا وإناثًا، في المجتمع المصري، وذلك من خلال تحليل تلك التجارب باستخدام المنهج الظاهراتي (الفينومينولوجي)، الذي يهدف إلى استكشاف خبرات التجارب الذاتية للاتصال عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لدى جيل زد. واستندت الدراسة في إطارها التحليلي إلى نظرية المخطط الجندري، بينما استعانت على المستوى التفسيري بنظريتي الحتمية الاجتماعية والحتمية التكنولوجية لشرح تأثير العوامل الاجتماعية والتكنولوجية في تجارب الاتصال عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة غير احتمالية (عمدية) من شباب جيل زد في مصر؛ بلغت (20) مفردة، (10) من الذكور، و(10) من الإناث، وذلك باستخدام أداة المقابلة المتعمقة شبه المقننة، ومن أهم ما توصلت له الدراسة، أن هناك تداخلًا بين تأثيرات الحتمية الاجتماعية والتكنولوجية في تجارب الإناث والذكور من جيل زد في مصر بشكل واضح، حيث تؤدي تكنولوجيا وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي دورًا أساسيًا في تمكين الأفراد من الوصول السريع للمعلومات والتفاعل الاجتماعي بشكل أكبر، كما تتيح هذه الوسائل للأفراد التعبير عن آرائهم والتواصل مع الآخرين بسهولة، مما يعزز من تفاعلاتهم الرقمية، ويجعل منها عادة يومية لا يستطيعون العزوف عنها. ومع ذلك، تظل العوامل الاجتماعية، مثل التصورات المجتمعية عن النوع الاجتماعي، مؤثرة في كيفية استخدام الأفراد لهذه الوسائل، خاصة في المجتمع المصري الذي يتسم بالترابط العائلي والروابط الاجتماعية القوية والتوجهات المحافظة، وعلى الرغم من التطور التكنولوجي، فإن هذه التصورات قد تفرض قيودًا على الاستخدام الحر لهذه المنصات- خصوصًا- لدى الإناث، لذا فإن الاستخدام التكنولوجي يتأثر بتوجهات اجتماعية تعكس ثقافة وتوقعات المجتمع، مما يشير إلى التأثيرات المتداخلة للمتغيرات الاجتماعية والتكنولوجية، ففي الوقت الذي تفرض فيه تكنولوجيا الاتصال هيمنتها على المجتمعات المعاصرة من خلال استخدام آلياتها المتعددة بشكل دائم ومكثف، فإن المجتمع يفرض شروطه وأساليبه، ومن ثم رؤيته لاستخدام وتبني هذه التكنولوجيا.
