أطر معالجة الشئون الليبية في الفضائيات الإخبارية الموجهة للمنطقة العربية

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أساليب المعالجة الإخبارية والأطر الأساسية المستخدمة للقضايا والشئون الليبية المعروضة في القنوات الفضائية الموجهة من الخارج باللغة العربية، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج البحث بالعينة، والمنهج المقارن، ومنهج تحليل الخطاب، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في ثلاث قنوات إخبارية من القنوات التلفزيونية الموجهة للعالم العربي والناطقة باللغة العربية وهي (قناة الحرة الأمريکية، قناة الـ BBC البريطانية، قناة روسيا اليوم الروسية)، في الفترة من (19/12/2016، وحتى 19/3/2017)، ، ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة:
-    اتفاق القنوات الثلاث على استخدام إطار الصراع لعرض أسباب المشکلة والأزمات التي تمر بها ليبيا ومن خلال الخطاب المستخدم فإن قناة الحرة ترى أن أحد أسباب المشکلة هي التدخلات الروسية والمصرية في دعم الجيش الليبي الذي يقوده المشير خليفة حفتر والذي يتبع البرلمان الليبي الواقع في شرق البلاد وأن هذه التحرکات من شأنها عرقلة عمل حکومة الوفاق الوطني التي يقود مجلسها الرئاسي فائز السراج.
-  اتفاق قناة الحرة وبي بي سي وروسيا في استخدام أطر التعاون، وأبرزت دور دول الجوار في الترسيخ لحلول جذرية للمشکلة الليبية، واختلفت روسيا مع نظيرتيها في اختيارها للمشير خليفة حفتر کأحد العناصر الفاعلة في المشهد وکلاعب أساسي لتحقيق السلام في المنطقة، کما ترى قناة الحرة عبر خطابها أن  الحل السياسي التوافقي من خلال دعم المبادرات السياسية هو الأفضل والتأکيد على أن الصراع لا يمکن بأي حال من الأحوال أن يوصل إلى أي حل فاعل وناجح على الأرض وأنه لا يمکن أن يکون عسکرياً، وبأن السبيل الوحيد هو من خلال الحلول السياسية.
Frameworks for dealing with Libyan affairs in news channels targeted to the Arab region

The study aimed to know the news processing methods and the basic frameworks used for Libyan issues and affairs presented in satellite channels directed from abroad in Arabic, and this study belongs to descriptive studies, and the study relied on the research method of the sample, the comparative approach, and the discourse analysis approach, and the study sample was represented in three channels News from the TV channels directed to the Arab world and the Arabic language, which is (American Al-Hurra Channel, British BBC, Russia Today Russian Channel), from (12/19/2016, until 3/19/2017), and the most important findings Study:
-The agreement of the three channels to use the conflict framework to present the causes of the problem and the crises that Libya is going through and through the used speech, the Al-Hurra channel sees that one of the causes of the problem is Russian and Egyptian interventions in support of the Libyan army led by Field Marshal Khalifa Hifter, who follows the Libyan parliament in the east of the country and that These moves would hinder the work of the National Accord government, whose presidential council, Faiz al-Sarraj, is leading.       
- Al-Hurra, BBC, and Russia agree to use cooperation frameworks, highlighting the role of neighboring countries in establishing radical solutions to the Libyan problem, and Russia differed with its counterparts in its choice of Field Marshal Khalifa Hifter as one of the actors in the scene and as a major player for achieving peace in the region, as the Al-Hurra channel sees through Her speech is that a consensual political solution by supporting political initiatives is the best and affirming that the conflict cannot in any way reach any effective and successful solution on the ground and that it cannot be military, and that the only way is through political solutions.
