المحتوى التحفيزي في برامج البودكاست وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح المهني لدى طلاب الإعلام في الجامعات المصرية- دراسة تطبيقية

المستخلص

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين المحتوى التحفيزي في برامج البودكاست والطموح المهني لدى طلاب الإعلام في الجامعات المصرية، وذلك في إطار المنهج الوصفي بشقيه التحليلي والميداني. وقد اعتمدت على تحليل المضمون لثلاثة برامج بودكاست تحفيزية مختارة ("فنجان"، "بترولي"، "بدون ورق") خلال الربع الأول من عام 2025، إلى جانب استبانة ميدانية طُبِّقت على عينة قصدية من 400 طالب وطالبة بعدد من كليات الإعلام بالجامعات الحكومية والخاصة. استندت الدراسة إلى نظريتي الاستخدامات والإشباعات، والتعلُّم الاجتماعي، وتوصلت إلى أن المحتوى التحفيزي في البرامج عينة الدراسة تركز بشكلٍ رئيس على "القصص الملهمة"، و"النصائح المباشرة"، بينما قلّ التركيز على موضوعات مثل "إدارة الوقت" و"تحديد الأهداف". كما أبرزت النتائج اهتمام برامج البودكاست بغرس قيم مهنية فردية مثل الإيمان بالذات، المثابرة، والطموح.
وأظهرت الدراسة أن الدوافع الرئيسة لدى الطلاب للاستماع للبودكاست التحفيزي تمثلت في تعزيز المعرفة المهنية، وزيادة الثقة بالنفس، والتحفيز على تحقيق الأهداف. كما تحقق للطلاب إشباعات معرفية ونفسية ومهنية واضحة، في مقدمتها التفكير الإيجابي تجاه المستقبل المهني. وقد كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ديموجرافية لصالح طلاب الجامعات الخاصة من حيث أنماط التعرض والاستفادة، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين كثافة الاستماع للبودكاست ومستوى الطموح المهني.
