انتشار الشائعات في المجتمع المصري بعد فترة التحول الديمقراطي 2011 وکيفية مواجهتها من منظور إسلامي

 هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المصادر الأساسية لنشر الشائعات في المجتمع المصري والوقوف عليها والدور الذي تؤديه الشائعات في تفتيت أواصر المجتمع. وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية الکمية التي تعتمد على منهج المسح وذلک عن طريق مسح عينة من جمهور افراد الدراسة وهم طلاب الجامعات المصرية، واستخدم الباحث أداة الاستبيان وتم اختيار طلاب جامعة القاهرة وجامعة المنصورة وجامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة وجامعة الزقازيق وجامعة کفر الشيخ للتعرف على أهم الشائعات ومصدرها وتأثيراتها على هؤلاء الطلاب، وأجريت الدراسة في هذه الجامعات الخمس على حد سواء وتم اختيار 100 مفردة من کل جامعة، واعتمدت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية متاحة خلال الفترة الزمنية منذ 30/6/2013 حتى 31/12/2013 وذلک لأن هذه الفترة شهدت مصر تحولاً کبيراً بعد انتهاء حکم الإخوان المسلمين وعزل الرئيس محمد مرسي، وشهدت مصر الکثير من الشائعات والأقاويل التي تناثرت في کل أرجاء مصر.ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة:
-   أشارت النتائج أن مصدر الشائعات کان النصيب الأکبر منها لوسائل إعلام الإخوان بنسبة (77.1%)، وجاءت وسائل الإعلام الخارجية في المرکز الثاني بنسبة (50.4%) ووسائل الإعلام القومية بنسبة (49.8%). وقد أکدت غالبية أفراد الدراسة بنسبة (73.1%) أن الإنترنت کوسيلة إعلام کان لها نصيب کبير ومسئولية في نشر الشائعات نظراً للاستخدام المتزايد من جانب بعض الأفراد وخاصة طلاب الجامعات، وأشار أغلب أفراد عينة الدراسة أن هناک العديد من الشائعات الاقتصادية التي انتشرت في المجتمع المصري ومنها ارتفاع الأسعار لمرافق الکهرباء والمياه والغاز بنسب (84.5%)، وأکدت أفراد عينة الدراسة أن متابعة الشائعة ومحاربتها في مهدها لحماية المجتمع من أضرار الشائعة في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (81%) وضرورة تصريح المسئولين بالمعلومات الصحيحة والصادقة بنسبة (80.8%).

Study Title: Spread of rumors in Egyptian society after the period of democratic transformation
 
Objective of the study: The present study aims to identify the main sources of spreading rumors in the Egyptian society and to identify them and the role played by rumors in breaking up the bonds of society.
Type and method of study: This study falls within the qualitative descriptive research that depends on the survey methodology by surveying a sample of Egyptian university students.
Study tool and sample: The researcher used the questionnaire tool.The students of Cairo University, Mansoura University, Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Zagazig University and Kafr El-Sheikh University were selected to identify the most important rumors, their source and their effects on these students.The study was conducted in these five universities alike and 100 individuals were selected from each university.
Duration of study: The study was based on a random sample available during the period from 30/6/2013 until 31/12/2013, because this period witnessed a great transformation after the end of the Muslim Brotherhood rule and the removal of President Mohamed Morsi. Scattered all over Egypt
The most important findings of the study:
1-The results indicated that the source of rumors was the largest share of the Brotherhood media (77.1%), foreign media came second (50.4%) and the national media (49.8%).
2- The majority of respondents (73.1%) confirmed that the Internet as a medium of media had a great share and responsibility in spreading rumors due to the increasing use by some individuals, especially university students.
3- Most of the sample of the study indicated that there are many economic rumors that have spread in the Egyptian society, including the high prices for electricity, water and gas facilities by 84.5%.
4- The sample of the study confirmed that following up and fighting the rumor is in its infancy to protect the society from the damage of the rumor in the first place (81%) and the need to authorize officials with the correct and honest information (80.8%).
