الملخص :
تسعى الدراسة الى تطوير نموذج مقترح قابل للتطبيق يصلح لتقييم جودة تصميم مواقع النشر العلمي العربي ،  ثم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة التي تشمل ( ٦٨ ) موقع مجلة عربية معتمدة وجاء هذا العدد وفق مجلد أعدته کلية التربية جامعة الملک سعود بتاريخ ١٢/٢/ ١٤٣٩ هـ   بحصر مواقع المجلات العربية المعتمدة ، اعتمدت الدراسة على منهجية متشابکة  لمنهج المسح الإعلامي ، المنهج المقارن ، المنهج النقدي ،وتم تحکيم النموذج وتطبيقه على المجلات عينة الدراسة  توصلت الدراسة الى ان ( 16.2%) من مواقع المجلات العلمية عينة الدراسة غير متوفرة وبها اعطال فنية بالمواقع الالکترونية ، ( 19.3%) جاءت صفحاتها اشبه بالمطبوع  دون اي ابتکار ، (7%) من مواقع الدراسة توافرت بها مؤشرات جودة التصميم ، وبالنسبة لترتيب المؤشرات جاء بالترتيب الأول استخدام الألوان الفاتحة في الخلفيات  بنسبة (94.7%) في حين جاء بالترتيب الأخير ان الموقع يتسم بالجاذبية من حيث الابتکار في التصميم وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تطوير التصميم الالکتروني لمواقع النشر العلمي العربي وفقاً لمعايير جودة التصميم الالکتروني المقترحة بالدراسة .\
 
Abstract:
 The study seeks to develop a proposed model that is applicable to evaluate the quality of the design of the Arab scientific publishing sites and then apply it to the sample of the study which includes (68) the site of an accredited Arab magazine, according to a volume prepared by the College of Education, King Saud University 12/2/1439 The study was based on a systematic approach to the methodology of the media survey, the comparative method, the critical approach, and the model was judged and applied to the sample. The study found that (16.2%) of the sites of the scientific journals are not available and there are technical faults in the sites e , (19.3%) came in the same way as the publication without any innovation, (7%) of the sites of the study were available indicators of design quality, The ranking of the indicators in the first order was the use of light colors in the backgrounds by (94.7%), while in the last order the site was attractive in terms of innovation in design. The study recommends the development of the electronic design of Arab scientific publishing sites according to the standards of design quality proposed in the study.
