العلاقة بين ممارسة طلاب التدريب الميداني للأنشطة الإعلامية المدرسية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة أخصائي الإعلام التربوي " "دراسة ميدانية "

استهدف البحث التعرف على العلاقة بين ممارسة طلاب التدريب الميداني للأنشطة الإعلامية المدرسية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة اخصائي الإعلام التربوي، واعتمد على منهج المسح بالعينة، بالتطبيق على عينة عمدية قوامها  (399) مفردة من طلاب التدريب الميداني بکلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنصورة، من إجمالي (461) طالب، حيث تم استبعاد الاستمارات غير المکتملة، إلى جانب الطلاب الغائبين أثناء فترة التطبيق، وتم التطبيق على (199) من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة من إجمالي (206) طالب ممن لهم حق التدريب الميداني في (10) مدارس، (200) طالب من الفرقة الرابعة من إجمالي(255) طالب من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة ممن لهم حق التدريب الميداني في (13) مدرسة، اعتمد الباحث في جمع البيانات على تصميم مقياسين: الأول لقياس مستوى ممارسة الأنشطة الإعلامية داخل المدرسة خلال التدريب الميداني، والثاني لقياس اتجاه طلاب الإعلام التربوي نحو مهنة أخصائي الإعلام التربوي بالمدارس، وأثبتت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين المبحوثين على مقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة أخصائي الإعلام التربوي حسب متغير الفرقة الدراسية حيث کانت قيمة "ت" (-59.8) وهي قيمة دالة عند مستوى 0.01؛ لصالح المبحوثين في الفرقة الرابعة، کما أثبتت النتائج أيضًا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مقياس ممارسة الأنشطة الإعلامية (التخطيط – التنفيذ – التقويم ) حسب متغير النوع لصالح الإناث، وأثبتت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين ممارسة طلاب التدريب الميداني للأنشطة الإعلامية المدرسية واتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة أخصائي الإعلام التربوي.

ABSTRACT:
The study aimed to identify the relationship between the practice of the field training students for the school media activities and their attitudes toward the profession of the educational media specialist. The sample survey method was applied to a sample of 399 students from the field training faculty of quality education, Mansoura University, (199) students from the third group of 206 students who have the right to field training in (10) schools, (200) students from The fourth group of 255 students from the fourth year The researcher adopted the data collection on the design of two measures: the first to measure the level of the practice of school media activities within the school during the field training, and the second to measure the direction of students of educational media towards the profession of educational media specialist in schools, and the results proved that there are differences A statistical function among the respondents on the trend scale towards the profession of the educational media specialist according to the variable of the school class where the value of "T" (-59.8) was a function value at the level of 0.01; for the respondents in the fourth division. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences on the scale of Exercise school media activities (Planning - Implementation - Calendar) By type variable in favor of females, and the results proved the lack of a statistically significant correlation between the practice of field training for media activities and school students and their attitudes towards the profession of educational media specialist.
