استخدام الطلاب لصفحات الجامعة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وعلاقته بمصداقيتها لديهم

-       استهدف البحث إلى التعرف على علاقة استخدام الطلاب لصفحات الجامعة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بمصداقية الجامعة لديهم، بالإضافة إلى معرفة تصورات الطلاب لمصداقية صفحات الجامعة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، اعتمد البحث على منهج المسح بالعينة، بالتطبيق على عينة عمدية قوامها (500) مفردة من طلاب الجامعات، مقسمة على الجامعات (الحکومية -  الخاصة -  الأجنبية)، حيث استخدام الباحث استمارة استبيان عن طريق المقابلة لطلاب الجامعات عينة الدراسة، وأثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة بين استخدام الطلاب لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي للجامعة ودرجة مصداقية الجامعة لديهم ، تبين أن الطلاب الأکبر سنا في المراحل الدراسية (الثالث، والرابع) يستخدمون مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أکثر من الطلاب الأصغر سناً في المراحل الدراسية (الأول، والثاني). أکد الطلاب على أن الأسلوب الذي تتعامل به الجامعة يوضح اهتمامهم بالطلاب في المرتبة الأولي بمتوسط حسابي (4.16) ووزن مئوي (83.2).

ABSTRACT:
The research aimed to identify the relationship of students 'use of the University's pages through social networking sites to the credibility of their university. In addition to understanding the students' perceptions of the credibility of the university's pages through social networking sites, the research relied on a sample survey method, based on a sample of 500 students Universities, divided by universities (government - private - foreign), where the researcher used a questionnaire form by interviewing university students sample study, and the results proved a relationship between the use of students to social networking sites of the University and the degree of credibility of the university, N older students are engaged social networking sites more than younger students. The students emphasized that the way in which the university deals shows their interest in students in the first rank .
