هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على اتجاهات القارئ المصري نحو الصحف السياسية (غير المصرية) سواء کانت تصدر باللغة العربية أو بلغة أخرى، من حيث التعرف على الجرائد والمجلات التي يعرفها القراء في مصر من بين الصحف السياسية غير المصرية وما المادة أو المواد التي تحظى باهتمام هذا القارئ؟ وما الصورة الذهنية التي يتمثلها القارئ لهذه الصحف من حيث تأييدها أو مناهضتها لسياسة بلده؟ وإلى أي حد يمکن أن تکون الصحف المحلية بديلاً عن الصحف السياسية الدولية (عربية وغير عربية)؟، وتعد هذه الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية واعتمدت على منهج المسح، کما استخدمت صحيفة الاستقصاء بالمقابلة کأداة للحصول على المعلومات من المبحوثين، وذلک بتطبيقها على عينة قوامها 2000 مفردة من محافظات (القاهرة، والإسکندرية، وطنطا، وأسيوط) من بين المتعلمين الحاصلين على مؤهل جامعي أو أکثر، واستغرق المجال الزمني للدراسة الفترة من أول يناير 1992 حتى آخر يونيو 1992، وکانت أبرز نتائج الدراسة هو أهمية العامل الاقتصادي الذي أضحى القاسم المشترک الأعظم في صناعة الصحيفة وفي فرض أهميتها وانتشارها وقدرتها على المنافسة ومن ثم قدرتها على التأثير، حيث أشار القراء أنهم يقرؤون الصحيفة التي تقدم لهم خدمة صحفية متميزة والتي تتميز عن الصحافة المحلية في مجالات الطباعة واستخدام الصور والذوق الفني وهي العوامل التي ترتبط ارتباطاً أساسياً بالقدرة الاقتصادية، کما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة بين مخالفة الصحيفة لآراء القراء أو مواقفهم السياسية وبين امتناعهم أو توقفهم عن القراءة، ولم تکن هناک ثمة علاقة أيضاً بين القراءة وبين اتفاق الصحيفة أو مخالفتها للسياسية العامة للدولة. -------------------------------------------------------- The study aimed at examining the attitudes of the Egyptian reader towards political (non-Egyptian) newspapers, whether they are published in the Arabic language or in another language, in terms of identifying the newspapers and magazines known to readers in Egypt among the non-Egyptian political newspapers and what article or articles are of interest to this reader? To what extent can local newspapers be a substitute for international political newspapers (Arab and non-Arab) ?, This study is descriptive research and relied on the survey method, as the interview survey newspaper was used as a tool to obtain information from the respondents, by applying it to a sample of 2000 individuals Among the governorates of (Cairo, Alexandria, Tanta, and Assiut) are among the learners with one or more university qualifications, and the time field of study took the period from the first of January 1992 to the end of June 1992, and the most prominent results of the study was the importance of the economic factor that has become the greatest common denominator in industry The newspaper is in imposing Its importance, spread, ability to compete and hence its ability to influence, Where readers indicated that they read the newspaper, which provides them with a distinct press service that is distinguished from the local press in the fields of printing, the use of pictures and artistic taste, and these factors are essentially related to economic ability, and the results also showed that there is no relationship between the newspaper’s violation of the readers ’opinions or their political positions and their abstention or They stopped reading, and there was also no relationship between reading and the newspaper’s agreement or its violation of the state’s general policy.
