رؤية القائمين بالاتصال تجاه مشروعات ترکيز الملکية والشراکات في المؤسسات الإعلامية

استهدفت مشکلة الدراسة رصد ظاهرة  ترکيز الملکية والشراکات داخل المؤسسات الإعلامية، والتعرف على أسباب اتجاه القائمين بالاتصال نحو تطبيقها، وتأثيرها على طبيعة المحتوى المقدم، والقرارات الاقتصادية والإدارية للمؤسسات الإعلامية.
  وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت على منهج دراسة الحالة، واستخدمت دليل المقابلات المتعمقة، وطبقت على العينة العمدية بواقع (74) مفردة من القيادات المسئولة عن مشروعات ترکيز الملکية والشراکات في قنوات الحياة وONLIVE وCBC وإذاعات راديو النيل وDRN محل الدراسة بواقع (4) مفردات، وکذلک القائمين بالاتصال بتلک المؤسسات من الإعلاميين ورؤساء تحرير ومديري البرامج والمعدين بواقع (70) مفردة.
   وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تأثير الاستحواذ فى طبيعة المحتوى والسياسة التحريرية لدى المشروعات الإعلامية محل الدراسة، وذلک من خلال غلق قناة ONLIVE   الإخبارية وتحويلها إلى قناة ONSPORT FM 2، کما تم غلق إذاعة DRN وتغيير محتواها إلى إذاعة رياضية متخصصة تعرف بـ" ON SPORT FM".
 
 
Vision communicators towards the concentration of ownership projects in media institutions
This study aimed to Monitor and characterize the phenomenon of mergers within media organizations
   The study aimed to monitor the phenomenon of concentration of ownership and within media institutions, and to identify the reasons for the direction of those in contact with their application, and their impact on the nature of the content provided, and economic and administrative decisions of media institutions.
  This study belongs to descriptive studies, relied on the case study method, used an in-depth interview guide, and was applied to the intentional sample by (74) individual leaders responsible for projects focusing on ownership and partnerships in life channels, ONLIVE, CBC, Nile Radio broadcasters and DRN subject of study by (4) persons, as well as those in contact with these institutions, from the media, editor-in-chief, program managers and preparers, at a rate of (70).
  The study results to the impact of the concentration of ownership e in the nature of the content  in media institutions under study, by closing the channel ONLIVE news and convert them to channel ONSPORT FM 2, was also closed Radio DRN and change its content to broadcast sports known as "ON SPORT FM"
