تأثير توظيف التقنيات التکنولوجية فى التواصل الداخلي بالمؤسسات الصحفية على فاعلية الأداء التنظيمي للموارد البشرية من وجهة نظر القائمين بالاتصال

تتمثل المشکلة البحثية في دراسة و تحليل إلى أي مدى  يمکن أن يتأثر الأداء التنظيمي للموارد البشرية في المؤسسات الصحفية باستخدام التقنيات التکنولوجية في عمليات التواصل الداخلي، وذلک عن طريق دراسة وتحليل وتفسير درجة تأثير استخدام التقنيات المتطورة في الاتصال الداخلي على عدة عوامل مستقلة مرتبطة ومؤثرة في الأداء التنظيمي کلٍ على حده، بحيث يتحدد درجة تأثير التقنيات في الأداء التنظيمي من خلال تفاعل درجات تأثيرها على هذه العوامل مجتمعة.
وتوصلت الدارسة إلى أنه رغم توافر التقنيات التکنولوجية في معظم الأقسام الإنتاجية والإدارية لصحف الدراسة، إلا أن توظيف هذه التکنولوجيا مازال قاصرًا ويتم على نطاق محدود؛ رغم تواجد الحواسب الآلية في صالات التحرير والتنفيذ بصحف الأهرام والوفد، وارتباط هذه الحواسب بشبکات رئيسة تقوم بالربط بين أجهزة الحواسب الخادمة في کل قسم من أقسام المؤسسة تصل سرعة تراسل البيانات بينها إلى سرعات عالية، فضلًا عن توافر تطبيقات تکنولوجية عديدة يمکن استخدامها في التواصل الداخلي، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم اهتمام المؤسسات الصحفية بالتعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية للقائمين بالاتصال وعلى تبني استراتيجية متکاملة لتدريب وتأهيل الصحفيين للتعامل مع التکنولوجيا الحديثة. 
 
The impact of the use of technologies in internal communication at press organizations on the effectiveness of the organizational performance of human resources from the point of view of the journalists
The study tries to analyze, what extent the organizational performance of human resources in press institutions can be influenced by the use of technological techniques in internal communication processes.
The study found that despite the availability of technological technologies in most of the productive and administrative departments of the study newspapers, the use of this technology is still limited and is carried out on a limited scale despite the presence of computers in the editorial and execution halls of al-Ahram newspapers and delegation, and the association of these computers with major networks that connect the computers servers in each section of the institution reaches the speed of communication data between them to high speeds, as well as the availability of many technological applications can be used in internal communication, and the results indicated a lack of attention Press organizations to identify the actual training needs of communicators and adopt an integrated strategy to train and qualify journalists to deal with modern technology .
