The role of social responsibility programs for companies operating in Egypt In achieving job satisfaction for workers during the Corona crisis "Field Study"

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the extent to which companies applied the study sample to social responsibility programs during the Corona crisis, and to reveal the role of these programs in achieving job satisfaction for workers during that crisis, and the researcher relied on the survey methodology in its field section, and also relied on the questionnaire tool to collect data from the study sample which The study sample represented 198 individuals.                                                    * study found that 59.6% of the sample individuals have high job satisfaction, compared to 39.4% of them have moderate job satisfaction, and only 1% of them have low job satisfaction.                  * Concerning  the measures taken by the companies, the sample of the study during the crisis, the phrase (ensuring the continuity of work, taking into account the provision of health security for workers) came at the forefront of the measures taken by companies with an average of 2.88, followed by the phrase (not prejudice to the wages of workers) with an average of 2.84, then the phrase (respecting the right The public of workers in the knowledge and response to rumors related to the crisis) with a mean of 2.81, and the phrase (keeping all employees and not dismissing any employee during the crisis) came in fourth place with an average of 2.73.
