Communication strategies for digital public relations in Saudi public universities In Madinah: (an applied study on Taibah and Islamic Universities)

Abstract

This study aimed at public relations strategies in Saudi universities in building a relationship with the public in the Islamic and Taibah universities as a sample of the study.
The researcher used the interview survey, and employed the survey method in the descriptive and analytical parts, and the construction of the questionnaire. It addressed the variables of the study and on a sample of 31 items, of which 17 were in the university and 14 were good in the university

The study highlighted the difficulties and challenges that impede the work of digital public relations, and its most prominent indicator was the failure to use electronic technologies optimally, at a rate of 14 percent of the total iterations, in addition to a number of other results that we will refer to in discussing the results of the study
