Determinants of the absence of organizational justice and it's relationship to the prevalence of the phenomenon of employee Attrition among communicators in the Radio and Television union- A field studies.

Abstract

  The research aims to know the determinants of absence of the organizational justice and its relationship with the prevalence of employee Attrition for employees in Egyptian radio and television unions. The study also aims to measure the extent of employee Attrition, the influential factors, " the reasons leading to it " and the suggested solutions for treating the absence of organizational justice and employee Attrition.
           To achieve the study goals, a questionnaire form was applied to a simple class and a random sample of (120) communicators in five sectors at radio and television union who have employees having a direct connection with the professional affairs, where the application sample included sectors of (television – news- production – specialized channels, regional channels). The study concluded that there was a statistically significant direct correlation between the determinants of the organization justice absence and communicators' attitudes in radio and television unions towards the phenomenon of employee Attrition meaning that the more the absence of the justice 
determinants, the more the employee Attrition contribution happens for employees in radio and television union. The study also concluded that there is a statistically significant direct correlation between the determinants of the organization's justice and the negative effects resulting from the prevalence of the employee Attrition phenomenon meaning that the more the absence of justice determinants, the more increasing the negative effects resulting from the prevalence of employee Attrition on the institution and individual’s level.
 The findings concluded that the variable of the determinant absence of organizational justice contributed to the variance of the dependent variable (the mental alertness, where the multiple correlation coefficient (R) between the two variables (0, 135) and the value of co-variance (R2) and the rate of its contribution alone is (18%). Both the values of the (t) test and (f) test were statistically significant on the level of (0.01), consequently, it can be predicted with the employee Attrition for employees in radio and television union (the research sample) in the future via (the absence of the organizational justice determinants).
