Abstract

The present study aims to reveal the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the activities of the school press, using a specialized blog to develop environmental awareness, by its three dimensions (cognitive, directional, and behavioral) among middle school pupils.
 The study relied mainly on the descriptive and semi-experimental curriculum specifically the experimental method with one group, using pre and post-measurement of environmental awareness which is prepared by the researcher.
Providing a program to develop environmental awareness using some school press club activities through a specialized blog; the school community is represented in middle school pupils. The study has been applied to (59) pupils, (29) Boys (30) Girls.
Results of the study

The results of the study indicated the effectiveness of the proposed program based on the activities of the school press using an environmental blog specializing in the development of environmental awareness of its three dimensions for the students at the middle school. Through differences in the performance of students in both pre and post-measurement on the environmental awareness in favor of post-measurement.
The first imposition has been validated, that there are statistical differences between middle-level pupils 'average grades in both pre and post-measurement of the environmental awareness (as a whole) and at each of its dimensions in favor of post-one.
