Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of innovation in digital public relations strategies on enhancing digital well-being in hybrid work environments, focusing on the role of academic institutions in achieving this goal. The study employs content analysis to examine digital content published on official communication platforms, in addition to a survey targeting employees in hybrid work environments to assess the influence of digital public relations strategies on their digital and professional balance.
The findings indicate that leveraging innovative technologies in digital public relations, such as artificial intelligence and data analytics, significantly improves communication quality within hybrid work environments. This, in turn, reduces digital fatigue and enhances productivity. The results also show that effective use of communication platforms contributes to fostering a more supportive work environment for employees' mental health and digital well-being.
The study recommends adopting more flexible strategies based on digital intelligence and promoting a culture of digital well-being through continuous awareness campaigns. These measures can improve the hybrid work experience and mitigate digital stress.
