دراسات الاتصالات المؤسسية الداخلية، الواقع واتجاهات المستقبل: رؤية تحليلية نقدية

إن الاتصالات الداخلية الفعالة تحقق العديد من المزايا لکل من العاملين والمنظمات. کما تتداخل عملية الاتصال في أي تنظيم مع العمليات الإدارية الأخرى کالتخطيط، والتنسيق، والرقابة، وغيرها. إذ تقع عملية التنسيق بين عناصر الإدارة على عاتق القائد الإداري عن طريق إشراک المرؤوسين في وضع الخطط أو في اتخاذ القرارات، وأيضاً أعمال الرقابة حيث إنها الوظيفة الاستراتيجية الحساسة داخل الکيان الإداري؛ لأنها تتعلق بالتخطيط والتنظيم وتحديد المسئولية، وتنقل للقائد الإداري جميع المعلومات التي تتعلق بتنفيذ الخطط وبلوغ ال أهداف المنشودة. بناءً على ما سبق يمکن تحديد المشکلة البحثية فى: رصد الدراسات العربية والأجنبية المعنية بالاتصالات المؤسسية الداخلية، والتى أجريت خلال العشرين سنة الماضية، وتوصيفها وتحليل تحليلًا نقديًا کيفيًا من المستوى الثاني للجوانب النظرية والمنهجية لهذه الدراسات، وذلک بهدف تحديد مواطن القوة والضعف بها خلال الإطار الزمني للدراسة الحالية، والتوصل إلى رؤية مستقبلية لتطوير الدراسات العربية والمصرية في هذا المجال سواء من حيث القضايا التي يتم الترکيز عليها أو الإطار المنهجي لها. کشفت نتائج الدراسة عن تراجع الدراسات العربية من حيث الکم، فقد بدأت الدراسات العربية البحث في هذا المجال متأخرًا مقارنة بالدراسات الأجنبية ولا تزال محدودة إلى حد ما يغلب على الدراسات في مجال الاتصالات المؤسسية الداخلية التحليل الکمي للبيانات، فکانت غالبية الدراسات دراسات مسحية خاصة الدراسات العربية والمصرية، وفي السنوات الأخيرة بدأت الدراسات الکيفية، واستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة، ولکن على نطاق محدود. وأن هناک حاجة للاهتمام بدرجة أکبر بتطبيق دراسات الاتصالات المؤسسية الداخلية على العاملين في المنظمات لأنهم يمتلکون رؤية لتقييم وتطوير الاتصالات الداخلية أيضًا بالإضافة إلى رؤية الممارسين، وخاصة مع الاتجاه الحديث في دراسات الاتصالات المؤسسية، والذي رکزت عليه الدراسات الأجنبية وهو تنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي والاهتمام بالموارد البشرية.
