الأطر الخبرية للشائعات بالمواقع الإلکترونية وتأثيرها على الأمن القومي المصري: (دراسة تحليلية مقارنة)

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على کيفية معالجة الأطر الخبرية للشائعات بالمواقع الإلکترونية وتأثيرها على الأمن القومي المصري من حيث الشکل والمضمون، واهتمت بتسليط الضوء على الشائعات عبر المواقع الإلکترونية ودورها الکبير في تزويد الأفراد بالأخبار والمعلومات بوصفها الوسيلة الأکثر متابعة بين فئات المجتمع المختلفة، والأسرع في نقل الخبر في الوقت الراهن، وتتنافس فيما بينها لنشر الشائعات، ومعرفة أثر ذلک على الوعي الاجتماعي لدى مستخدمي المواقع الإلکترونية، وتعد الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واستخدمت منهج المسح وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، واستخدمت أداة تحليل المضمون المبنية على نظرية الأطر الخبرية، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة التحليلية في جميع الأعداد التي صدرت من المواقع الإلکترونية للصحف (الأهرام، والوفد، والمصري اليوم). وتم استخدام الأسبوع الصناعي المرکب للمواقع الإلکترونية في الفترة من يناير 2016م إلى يناير 2020م، وذلک لتمثيل أکثر من مرحلة من المراحل التي مرت بها الأزمة، وقد بلغ إجمالي عينة الدراسة من أعداد الصحف (192) عددًا لکل صحيفة، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التغطية الصحفية لصحف الدراسة غلب عليها طابع التغطية السطحية والبعد عن التغطية المتعمقة للأزمة على قدر کبير من الأهمية، فاتسمت التغطية بالافتقار إلى التحليل والتفسير اللازم لفهم قضية الشائعات وتأثيرها على الأمن القومي، کما افتقرت هذه المعالجة إلى تقديم الخلفيات وربط الأحداث بسياقاتها السياسية مما جعل هذه المعالجة تبدو جزئية ومبتورة ومعزولة عن سياقها؛ مما يطرح إشکالية تتعلق بمدى قدرة هذه المعالجات على الوفاء بحق القارئ في المعرفة والتوعية وتکوين الرأي وتحقيق وظائف الفهم ونشر الثقافة وزيادة مستوى الوعي وأداء دور تنموي فاعل في المجتمع، وأوصت الدراسة بـضرورة منح أطر المبادئ الأخلاقية أهمية أکبر في تقديم الأحداث والقضايا وتفسيرها واقتراح الحلول لها .
 
News frameworks of rumors on websites and their impact on Egyptian national security
 
The study aimed at how the news frameworks of rumors on the websites are handled and their impact on the Egyptian national security in terms of form and content. The study was interested in highlighting the rumors through the websites and its great role in providing individuals with news and information as the most follow-up means among the different groups of society and the fastest in transmitting the news at the. present time; such websites compete among them to spread rumors. Therefore such study seeks to know the impact of these rumors on the social awareness of websites users The study is considered descriptive studies, using the survey methodology and methodological comparison method, and used the content analysis tool based on the theory of news frameworks. It represents the analytical study community in all the numbers that were issued from the websites of newspapers (Al-Ahram, Al-Wafd, Al-Masry Al-Youm). The composite industrial week of websites was used in the period from January 2016 to January 2020 to represent more than one stage of the crisis, and the total study sample of the number of newspapers reached (192) editions for each newspaper. The results of the study found that the press coverage of the study newspapers was dominated by the nature of superficial coverage and the distance from the in-depth coverage of the crisis to be treated great importance. The coverage was characterized by a lack of analysis and interpretation necessary to understand the issue of rumors and their impact on national security, and this treatment also lacked Backgrounds and linking events to their political contexts, which made this treatment appear partial, truncated and isolated from its context, which poses a problem related to the extent of this treatment's ability to fulfill the reader's right to know, raise awareness, establish opinion, achieve understanding functions, spread culture, increase awareness and perform an active developmental role in society. The study recommended that ethical principles frameworks should be given greater importance in presenting and interpreting events and issues, in addition to proposing solutions to it
