إدارة العمل الصحفي عن بُعد خلال جائحة کورونا: دراسة في ضوء نموذج غرف الأخبار الموزعة

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى توصيف الممارسات الإدارية التي اتبعتها غرف الأخبار بالمؤسسات الصحفية المصرية لإدارة فرق العمل الصحفي عن بُعد خلال جائحة کورونا، بما يتضمنه ذلک من أبعاد تنظيمية وتحريرية وتقنية، والمقارنة بين تلک الممارسات في غرف الأخبار الرقمية والهجينة والتقليدية، مع استکشاف اتجاهات الصحفيين الممارسين إزاء اتباع سياسات العمل عن بُعد في غرف الأخبار بشکل عام وتقييماتهم لها، وذلک استنادًا إلى نموذج غرف الأخبار الموزعة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اتباع غرف الأخبار نماذج مختلفة من إدارة العمل عن بُعد، تشابهت في جوانبها التنظيمية مع إدارة العمل ما قبل الأزمة، ولکن مع استبدال التواصل المباشر بقنوات التواصل الإلکترونية، فيما لم تدخل أية تغييرات على الهياکل التنظيمية أو تعتمد على نظام المراکز وتحديد توقيتات للاجتماعات الافتراضية، کما يفترض النموذج. کما لم تستثمر غرف الأخبار الأزمة على مستوى الابتکار التحريري باستحداث أنماط صحفية جديدة وتفعيل أنماط الصحافة التعاونية والتشارکية، مع التراجع الواضح في تقديم أوجه الدعم التدريبي والنفسي والتقني للصحفيين. ورغم ذلک، فقد أظهرت الدراسة اتجاهًا إيجابيًا عامًا، سواء بين المشرفين التحريريين أو الصحفيين الممارسين، إزاء العمل عن بُعد والرغبة في استمراره ما بعد کورونا، بسبب عناصر التوفير في الوقت والجهد والتکاليف المادية، مع بعض المخاوف من تأثيره السلبي على الإنتاجية والإبداع.
