تفاعل المستخدم مع التطبيقات الرياضية في الهواتف الذكية ودورها في تعزيز تجربة المشاهدة

يتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في "رصـد وتفسـير تفاعل المستخدم مع التطبيقات الرياضية في الهواتف الذكية ودورها في تعزيز تجربة المشاهدة، بالاعتماد على منهج المسح الإعلامي، وبتطبيق أداة الاستبانة على 350 مفردة من مستخدمي التطبيقات الرياضية، وتطبيق أداة المقابلة المتعمقة والتي تم توجيهها لعينة من الخبراء، ممثلة في عينة متخصصة في مجال الرياضة، إلى جانب آراء أساتذة الإعلام، والتربية الرياضية، والحاسبات والمعلومات، بالإضافة إلى تحليل بعض التطبيقات الرياضية الأكثر انتشارًا في المجتمع المصري، والتي لاقت إعجاب الكثير من المستخدمين، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن جميع تطبيقات الدراسة استخدمت أساليب التجوال ويسر الملاحة بين أبواب التطبيق؛ مما يساعد على تصفح التطبيق، والوصول إلى المعلومات التي يبحث عنها المستخدم بسهولة ويسر، وتشبع احتياجاته بأقل جهد وفي أقل وقت مناسب، كما تنوعت عناصر الهوية البصرية في التطبيقات الرياضية في اسم التطبيق، والشعار، والألوان المستخدمة في الواجهة الرئيسة؛ مما يجعلها سهلة التذكر، كما استعانت تطبيقات الدراسة بعدد كبير من تقنيات الوسائط المتعددة والتي تسهم بشكل كبير في تحقيق يسر الملاحة في أقسام التطبيق، وفي مقدمتها الصور، والعناية بإخراجها، وتتميز التطبيقات الرياضية بالتفاعلية والآنية وتحديث المضمون، وتحسين معدل الاستجابة واهتمام المستخدم بها لفترات طويلة، في حين يعد الإدمان الرقمي إحدى سلبيات التطبيقات الرياضية والتي تجعل المستخدم شغوفًا بكل ما ينشر في هذه التطبيقات وبمختلف الأحداث ومراقبة أداء الفرق والرياضيين، وحريصًا على متابعة كافة المباريات، وعدم تفويت أية فرصة لمشاهدة البث المباشر، علاوة على استهلاك الوقت بدون شعور لقيمته، كما يعيب هذه التطبيقات نظام المراهنات وهو ما يتنافى مع التعاليم الإسلامية والأخلاقية للمجتمع المصري.
