الفضيلة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بسلوك المواطنة المؤسسية في ضوء نظرية التبادل الاجتماعي

حاولت الدراسة فهم وتفسير العلاقة بين أبعاد الفضيلة التنظيمية؛ التي يبنغي أن تتبناها الشركات، وسلوك المواطنة المؤسسية للعاملين؛ في ضوء نظرية التبادل الاجتماعي؛ كإطار نظري يشرح دوافع ونواتج عمليات التبادل التنظيمي للسلع غير المادية؛ كالتقدير، والمكانة، والثقة وغيرها من القيم المعنوية في سياق البيئة التنظيمية للشركات والمؤسسات.
وتعد الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية التحليلية التي تعتمد على منهج المسح؛ تصميمًا بحثيًا يهدف إلى جمع البيانات الكمية من المبحوثين خلال فترة زمنية محددة، وهو ما طبَّقه الباحث على عينة متاحة قوامها (300 مبحوث) باستخدام صحيفة الاستقصاء.
كما اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الكيفي أو البحث النوعي Qualitative Research، من خلال إجراء مجموعتي نقاش مركزتين؛ بالتطبيق على (24 مبحوثًا) بهدف توظيف آرائهم، وتعليقاتهم، وتصوراتهم في شرح نتائج الدراسة الكمية وتفسيرها.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين اتجاهات المبحوثين نحو جميع أبعاد الفضيلة التنظيمية واتجاهاتهم نحو التحلي بجميع أبعاد ومؤشرات سلوك المواطنة المؤسسية، فضلًا عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية متوسطة بين اتجاهات المبحوثين نحو محفزات التبادل الاجتماعي التنظيمي واتجاهاتهم نحو أبعاد سلوك المواطنة المؤسسية.
