دور القيادات الأكاديمية في تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي قطاع الإعلام

 تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على دور القيادات الأكاديمية في تبني تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بقطاع الإعلام، وذلك بكلٍ من جمهورية مصر العربية والإمارات العربية المتحدة، من خلال التعرض لمستوى معرفة القيادات الأكاديمية واهتمامهم بتقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمجال الإعلام، إلى جانب محاولة التعرف على واقع استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمؤسسات التعليم العالي قطاع الإعلام محل الدراسة، وذلك بمحاور "إدارة التعليم وتقديمه- تمكين التدريس والمعلمين - تقييم التعليم والتعلم"، إضافة إلى التعرف على مستوى استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي، وتقديم الخدمات الداعمة للعملية التعليمية، مثل خدمة المكتبات، والأنشطة الطلابية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي شهد تباينًا كبيرًا بين القيادات الأكاديمية محل الدراسة، حيث أشارت القيادات الأكاديمية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية والخاصة بدولة الإمارات ومؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاصة بجمهورية مصر العربية إلى وجود أدلة استرشادية خاصة بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي، وقيام المؤسسة بتحديثها باستمرار، في حين أشارت القيادات الأكاديمية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية بجمهورية مصر العربية إلى عدم وجود أدلة استرشادية لأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي يمكن الاستفادة منها بالبحث العلمي، ولكنها أشارت أيضًا إلى تبادل تلك الأدوات فيما بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس بشكل غير رسمي، بينما أكدت القيادات الأكاديمية مجتمعة على توفر أدوات كشف الاقتباس والسرقات العلمية التي تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأكدت استخدامها بالفعل لفحص الأبحاث ورسائل الماجستير والدكتوراة المقدمة من الباحثين والأكاديميين.
