Social networking applications have become an integral part of the lives of individuals, and perhaps one of the most pages that have spread on the Instagram applications in recent times are the pages that are concerned with health issues and therapeutic nutrition, and the problem of this study is the researcher's observation of the increase in the spread of these pages that are concerned with health awareness through the applications of "Instagram" and the question here is: To what degree can the public rely on it as a source of health information has?, and what are the ways in which the individual seeks health information through these pages specifically? The main objective of the current study is to "find out the patterns of individuals seeking information through public health pages via Instagram, The current study relied on the "Information Seeking Theory" as a theoretical framework for the study, and this study relied also on the survey approach in both parts (analytical and field), and a deliberate sample of 3 pages concerned with health via Instagram was selected within which (90 publications) were analyzed, and a deliberate sample was selected from the audience following these pages consisting of 200 individuals, and the results of the analytical study found that the form (Reels) was the most used during the analytical study sample, and that The most topics addressed by the publications during the health pages of the analytical study sample were "life stories", and the "utilitarian motives" came in first place in terms of the reasons for the respondents' follow-up to the public health pages through the Instagram application, and there is a correlation between the respondents' request for health information through the Instagram application and (follow-up motives, and the extent of respondents' satisfaction with the use of this application in the health field), as recommended Studying the need to conduct scientific studies on the communicator in social media applications and his role in developing users' awareness in various fields, in addition to conducting specialized scientific studies on the use of artificial intelligence applications in the health field.
