The research aims to examine the Egyptian woman's exposure to drama that addresses her social issues through digital platforms, and its relationship to her self-assessment. It determines the impact of some variables on this relationship, including the Egyptian woman's motives of exposure to drama, the levels of her attention during exposure, her awareness of the content realism, and her interaction, in addition to her demographic characteristics. It is descriptive research; it uses the survey method in its descriptive and analytical levels, as well as the questionnaire tool applied to an intentional sample of 400 Egyptian women. Main results:
The majority of the respondents are exposed to drama that addresses their social issues through digital platforms moderately/lowly. Most of them have medium motives of exposure and medium/weak levels of attention during exposure.
2-Most of the sample has a high/medium level of awareness of the drama content realism, a weak/medium level of interaction during exposure, and a medium/strong level of self-assessment. 3-There is a weak positive relationship between the intensity of the Egyptian woman's exposure to the drama that addresses her social issues through digital platforms and her level of self-assessment. There are significant differences between the categories of exposure intensity and the categories of self-assessment. These differences are between those who are exposed to the drama lowly and moderately in favor of the higher category.
