Abstract

The current study aimed to reveal the extent of public and elite Perceptions of ChatGPT-Generated Media content with artificial intelligence technology and to identify the attitudes of the public and elite towards it. The study relied on experimental methods. The researchers also used the descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of 60 individuals, 30 individuals for the public and 30 individuals for the elite, divided equally into 15 individuals for the academic elite and 15 individuals for the media elite. They reached several results, including The elite's attitude towards media texts edited using artificial intelligence techniques was neutral, while the audience's attitude towards these texts was positive. There is a statistically significant inverse correlation between the elite's level of awareness of the mechanism of media texts edited using artificial intelligence techniques and the level of their attitudes toward them
